once you open it, it becomes the worst. With the first two times using it, it seems fine. Then it turns like a condiment- all liquidy when you squeeze, even shaking it doesn’t help. Even with the “same ingredients” as Desitin , I NEVER have that problem. Don’t waste your money on this even though it’s cheaper, get the Desitin.

The product desperately needs reevaluation. Even when I shake it up and try to mix it up within the tube it’s still is extremely watery…. Usually when you buy similar diaper rash creams to this one, you have a little bit of oil separation. With this product upon opening straight water just squirts out every single time I go to use it. First time buyer.

As other reviews mentioned, this is a very running poorly designed formula. If you get a new bottle and shake it you will hear it swish around. This is very dissappointing because Up&Up Extra Strength Diaper Cream does not have this same issue and works much better.

Beware of the liquid in this!! I found myself using this cream and always having to squeeze the water (or some sort of clearish liquid) out of it before the cream itself came out. Sometimes you could even shake the bottle and hear the liquid squish around. I wanted this to be good because most Up&Up things are. This one though, isn’t worth it.

This ointment gets the job done. The consistency is like cottage cheese. It for some reason is wet, so when you squeeze the ointment out water or something also come out. It is great for the price listed and does a good job at preventing diaper rash.

Wish I had read the reviews, but I typically trust Target! I loved their A&D formula. I bought two tubes the other day and the first one burst out the bottom. I thought maybe I just had a wonky one, but then the second tube did the same thing. Two outfits ruined, a sleep sack and all over my rug!

Target recently reformulated and changed their brand products. Everything is cheaper and poor quality now. This item is now absolutely horrible!! It’s simply unusable. Watery, doesn’t spread. Don’t waste your money, just save it for the more expensive product you will eventually have to buy anyways.

It was fine the first couple uses but didn’t spread easily. Now it’s separated into chunks and watery portions. Shaking does not help resolve the issue and my other diaper cream I currently have doesn’t have the issue (so it isn’t a product of the environment).
