A: I bought this today, 11/17/2025, and it squirts clear watery liquid. I shook it up, kneaded it, and it did slowly come out white cream. But later, after a while, it was water again.

I opened the container and squeezed out the product and a lot of water came out. I would say the cream does work well but I am going to be using a different brand for the diaper cream. I am disappointed because we use up & up for diapers, wipes and formula so we thought it would be good.

Terrible product
Absolutely terrible diaper “cream”. This is the second time I’ve purchased this and both times it seems to be about 90% water and is not able to be used. I assumed the first time it was a fluke thing but apparently not. This product needs to be fixed asap and pulled from the shelves until then. Attached a video where you can HEAR all the liquid sloshing around and it doesn’t combine no matter how much you shake.

Please take off the shelves. Something isn't right in the ingredients.
We usually love up&up brand items but this needs to be taken off the shelves. The ointment does the opposite of soothing- it burns. It should not burn what so ever. When you attempt to squeeze the ointment liquid (perhaps water) comes shooting out. I would not recommend this item for the above reasons.

when you squeeze the tube, water sprays out and gets everywhere. because of the water, the actual cream won't stay on the baby's skin. I had to squeeze the water out over the trash every diaper change to make it somewhat usable. I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.

Gross seperated cream
This diaper cream is so gross. It separates so quickly and then just squirts water everywhere. The first one I had I thought it was because it had been months before I used it. This one was a week later and it separated. Got water all over the place. We have shaken it to mix it together but that does nothing. Now I need to make sure I have something to capture all the water that comes out. This diaper cream doesn’t spread well either so our baby is just getting upset.
