I loved the fit and style of these tshirts, I bought two. I layered them over tank tops since they are rather thin. My husband even commented how he liked them on me. Then after three washes they started to pile and ball up and now look cheap and worn. I am very disappointed with them.
I have a pile of these tees in the old 100-percent cotton fabric... these are not as soft, not as comfortable, not as cool/thin, and I won't be buying any more. I can't give them 1 star because they are fine shirts as-is, and if you never owned the old ones, you're probably going to love them - but they are simply not what they used to be. The old ones stretched easily, and I assume the new fabric is an attempt to 'correct' this, but they are not as cool or comfy as before .... you could al ways buy a size down, no big deal. In 100-percent cotton, they were the perfect lightweight sleep tee, travel tee, workout tee. Now, they are like any other on the market. Grr TARGET, PLEASE BRING BACK THIS TEE IN 100-PERCENT COTTON!
What's with the polyester? I would have even paid more money for them if they left them in cotton! All of my cotton ones are wearing out and I am upset I can't replace them!
I have about 7 of these in most colors and I practically live in them. They are really super lightweight, which is perfect since I live in the high desert. I buy them every time I visit Target because they're my absolute go to for a basic piece. The only think to be aware is that they are a bit thin, which is great for warm climates but you need to be aware when choosing undergarments.
Just the type of shirt I was looking for! I ordered the black, gray, and the white and love them all. These top (white) is a little sheer and you can see thru it so if thats not what you wnat this is not the top for you. I ordered the size 2 and I am a 18/20 and it fits comfortably all around.
My issue with this shirt is after being washed 3 times, small holes begin to spread along the front of the shirt near the tummy. I bought 6 shirts and they all did this. I thought maybe it was how I washed them, so I bought 4 more and washed them on delicate with no fabric softener. The holes still showed up. I didn't give up there. I bought 2 more shirts, because I want them to work, washed on delicate, and did not put them in the dryer. Still holes! As much as I love the feel of these sh irts, I WON'T buy them again.
I absoultely love this shirt. I am 5'3 240lb mostly belly and a 1X is a great fit for me. Not to tight, baggy, or short. I have a smaller chest and find that alot of plus size tops are to loose or low cut for my chest, but this is cut just right. For being a plain everyday tee shirt it is quite easy to dress up or down. I love layering it with a cami/tank and a nice pair of jeans, I actually own 4 different colors already and just ordered two more. I highly recommend this top.
I have some from this line I bought a couple of years ago. The fabric is thicker and the white is not sheer at all. There is no pocket and it's a nice hip length that's not too long. I was dissapointed I couldn't replace them with the same quality.
I love the V-neck black T-shirt idea, but this baby's fabric is way too thin. And I'm way too bosomy and old to wear it. The fabric is soft, though.

This once PERFECT all cotton tee has been ruined by the new cotton/polyester blend. How disappointing to finally find something so great, and then have it changed. I probably own thirty of these original tees in various colors...I guess I will just have to wear them until they fall apart!!
