Description

This chime is musically tuned to the notes of the chorus of the popular country gospel song, “Will the Circle Be Unbroken.” Like any great song chorus, it’s the most memorable highlight of the song.
Will the circle be unbroken
By and by, Lord by and by
Is a better home awaiting
In the sky, Lord in the sky

The Christian hymn was written in 1907 by Ada R. Habershon with music written by Charles H. Gabriel. There have been many versions over the years with the first popular arrangement recorded by the Carter Family in 1935. It has been a staple of the traditional country music scene ever since with performances by June Carter, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton and a legion of country stars. You can also find versions by Bob Dylan and the Band, Leon Russell, Greg Allman, the Neville Brothers and Richie Havens. What a diverse group of artists. Enjoy the song!
