ZeroWater® 10 Cup Filtration Pitcher is rated 4.1613 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filter life exhausts after one week. I've gone through two filters in the span of a month (at 17 dollars a piece). During the first week or so, the water tastes great, but shortly after it begins to taste lemony-bitter, progressively worsening. The TD level or whatever of my water is slightly less than average, so the filter lifespan according to the company should approach six months. Clearly that isn't the case. Stay away from this brand. I'm trying a Brita filter next.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hero to Zero: Putrid Taste After Short Time My friend purchased this a couple of months ago. At first the water tasted great (better than other pitcher filtered water). However, a couple of weeks later, I dropped by and had a glass of water only to immediately spit it out. It tasted sour and fishy. After some internet research, we discovered a number of other people had noted the same issue. Since the filters go bad very quickly and are expensive, I highly recommend against purchasing this brand of filter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T BUY The lid doesn't fit well and it is very hard to pour without spilling. Filters have to be replaced often or the water tastes awful. We have received several filters that allowed small bits of charcoal to surface into the reservoir. I called customer service, and they said they were working on the design, but would not replace the filters. I had one filter that would allow no water to flow through. Customer service would do nothing. The meter stopped functioning after about three months. [...]. Total rip off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad We purchased this pitcher to replace our existing Brita water pitcher and filter. For the first week the water quality was great, then the water began to taste lemony and fishy. We contacted ZeroWater customer service and they said that the filters disolve so much that they go bad and I need to purchase a new filte

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best filter on market I am keeping track of the water quality using the tester. I test all water before I put it through the filter so far all 00 on the meter after purifying I found that Pur filter did not come close to taking out as much as this one does

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality water filter Our water tastes wonderful now with our new water filter. I fill it up before going to bed and it is ready for the next day. I keep it on the kitchen counter so my husband and three kids can help themselves to their own water. I like the dispenser - doesn't drip after the kids get their water. I really appreciate the water tester, so you know when to change the filter. Very economical. Very happy with our purchase. I did a lot of research before buying this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filters Go Bad Very Quickly. We purchased this pitcher to replace our existing Brita water pitcher and filter. For the first week the water quality was great, then the water began to taste lemony and fishy. We contacted ZeroWater customer service and they said that the filters disolve so much that they go bad and I need to purchase a new filter. The existing Brita pitcher that we had before could go a month or two before needing to be replaced and the filters were a third of the price. Only purchase this pitcher if you have lots of money to keep buying new filters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing water We recently cracked our water pitcher and were fans of Zero water - the new pitcher is HUGE and doesn't need to be filled up as often. We've been using the Zero water filters etc for over two years now and compared to others we have used in the past this one is our favorite. Others have also commented on how good our water is -- kind of odd but I think its due to the filter system. A side note if you don't like the single price filters - buy the multipacks online you can save some more there.
