• 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup or sundae topping
  • 1/2 dash sea salt


Prepare oatmeal as usual and place in bowl.

Top with diced apple and peanuts, drizzle caramel sauce over the top, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
