Triscuit ham & swiss melts
what you need
- 3 reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices, quartered
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 6 slices deli smoked ham, quartered
- 3 tablespoons peach preServes
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cut cheese pieces diagonally in half.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with preServes and green onions.
Substitute: Prepare using apricot preServes.
