Triscuit ham & swiss melts

what you need

  • 3 reduced-fat Swiss cheese slices, quartered
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 6 slices deli smoked ham, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons peach preServes
  • 1 green onion, sliced

here's how

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut cheese pieces diagonally in half.
  3. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with preServes and green onions.


Substitute: Prepare using apricot preServes.
