lemon meringue pie-lets
what you need
- 1 (11.6-ounce) box Market Pantry® Lemon Crème Sandwich Cookies
- 12 jet-puffed marshmallows, cut in half (Kraft)
- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet in a single layer, spacing 1 inch apart. Place 1 marshmallow, cut side down, in the center of each cookie.
- Broil until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 1 minute. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
