• 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime cut into four pieces
  • 1 1/2 ounces premium White Rum
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces Perrier


Lightly muddle mint, lime and sugar in a highball glass until sugar dissolves and you smell the mint.

Fill glass with ice and add rum.

Top with chilled Perrier, stir well, garnish with mint sprig and serve with a straw.
