what you need
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime cut into four pieces
- 1 1/2 ounces premium White Rum
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces Perrier
- Lightly muddle mint, lime and sugar in a highball glass until sugar dissolves and you smell the mint.
- Fill glass with ice and add rum.
- Top with chilled Perrier, stir well, garnish with mint sprig and serve with a straw.
