what you need

  • 1 (10 ounce) package Simply Balanced Frozen Organic Peas
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

here's how

  1. Cook peas as directed on package.
  2. Cool slightly; transfer to blender with cooking liquid. Add avocado.
  3. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
  4. Store in 1/4-cup portions in fridge up to 3 days or in freezer up to 3 months; thaw overnight in fridge.


Moms and dads will like these peas too—sprinkle with sea salt and add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
