toasted turkey sandwich
what you need
- 2 slices focaccia, toasted
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, drained
- 1/8 large heirloom tomato, sliced
- 3 ounces Hormel Natural Choice Flame Seared Turkey
- 1 tablespoon basil mayonnaise
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- Spread basil mayo on 1 side of each bread slice.
- Layer arugula, red pepper, tomato, cheese and turkey on 1 bread slice.
- Cover with remaining bread slice, mayonnaise side down.
