what you need

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 6 turkey deli slices
  • 2 slices mild cheddar cheese, cut into thirds
  • Mustard
  • Sugar snap peas or mini sweet peppers (cut into strips)
  • 1 spinach tortilla, cut into 1/2-inch strips

here's how

  1. Trim crust from bread; cut bread crosswise into 2 rectangles.
  2. Roll up turkey; lay on bread.
  3. Add cheese.
  4. Drizzle with mustard.
  5. Top with snap pea or strip of pepper.
