My parents bought this bike for my 17th birthday. I have had this bike for two weeks and ride it every nice day for 7.5 miles. Everything on the bike runs smooth and it looks great. If your looking for a cheaper but well built bike this is your best bet. see less

[...] I had to tight every hex screw and tighten the brakes when I got home with the bike. Other than that the bike is very well made and it will last for years. The breaks have aluminum tubes that curve the cables so they will last longer. You are not buying the top of the line bike so it weights like a steel bike however it will last. It is constructed very well so it is very sturdy. The only thing I really hate about this bike are the plastic peddles but I rode the bike for 2 miles standing up and the peddles withstood my 250 lbs weight without any problems. I really am very please with this bike. see less

Just bought this bike and rode it around the store AND rode it for a half hour upon getting home and it rode smoothly, changed gears very quickly, and the brakes were VERY sensitive. Good quality bike overall. Anyone else who had problems with this bike, i'm sure the Target employees who are in the back assembling the bikes didn't do a good job putting yours together. Mine is perfect. Not to mention i'm a tiny girl and this bike isn't even that heavy for those who said it was. I lifted it into the car see less

Recently bought this bike. Been riding for few weeks now. Best bike for the money. I was debating about get this or spend a few hundreds for a big name bike. Wasnt willing to spend [$] for one so went down the list to cheaper bikes. Saw this one and was unease at first but hop onand rode it and love it. Its not and trek or even a diamond back but it work. Took it out to few trail and run just how i want it. Seen some bad review but oh well. I used to work at target i know how these bike are put together and sometime it not the bike but the person putting it together. Great bike tough. see less

I've been biking over 100 miles a week for 20 years, and I LOVE this bike. Seriously, try a [$] bike, and you'll find almost NOTHING better. Manufacturers can crank out amazing bikes for super cheap, because of technology continually improving, and this is a perfect example. Honestly AMAZED at how light and fast and rugged and excellent it is. Everything is designed extremely well, because manufacturers have just been improving bike designs for so long, there's nothing to improve upon anymore. My cousin had a [$] bike, and it amazed me how nothing was much better, except for 20 percent of the weight, and the high-profile brand name. Is that worth [$]?? I think not. see less

still waiting to hear from huffy,target, 1. looks like they now offering free shipping, before they did not on this bike. 2. Listen to other reviewers first and invest your money wisely, that means save up at least 500 dollars and get a quality bike. 3. The left pedal did not screw in properly, now it has to be replaced along with the whole pedal handle watchu ma call it, hopefully huffy/target are going to replace for free, still waiting for a person, i am on hold right now. 4. cannot shift to 3rd gear 5. it's a huffy, so your head and heart will be puffy from the stress and high blood pressure of wasting your money and having no bike to ride yet. see less

Bad bike quality is very ... see more

Bad bike quality is very low. Left outside on covered porch for two days and internals started to rust. Bike weighs just over 40lbs to carry 44 to be correct. They made various important parts plastic to lighten weight such as crank shafts, pedals, and brake grips. Back gears consistently slipped making me hesitant to ride it and in the end the left crank fell off entirely. Dont buy this bike it is simply not worth the money. see less

Bike shipped in good contition. You have to adjust the brakes because they are not even close so thats time consuming to work just right. The front 3 gears is a bit tricky. First ride, I only had 2nd gear, and sometimes 1st gear. I had to adjust the gear changer cable and after several attempts, I finally got all 3 gears. The gear shifter sounds really rough while shifting and you have to shift it just right so it doesn't rub the chain, [...] We took our first ride for over 7 miles and the bike handled great and nothing broke. My butt really hurt so I recommend a new seat or just get used to it. All in all, I am happy for the price I payed.
