This is the third of three binoculars identical binoculars I choose, the first one was tampered with, the second look beat up and the this one seem to have least package damage. Aside from being unusable at any zoom level because prisms were out of alignment. This product has a bright field of view, clear edge to edge optics on a summer bright day. The 25mm lense may not be suitable for less than perfect light conditions. At 7 power the clearity is amazing, after zooming the lenses require refocusing because of cheap manufacture. Don't expect quality performance at [$]. Because of the prism misalignment you will get a headache at all powers and more so if zoomed. At 15 power the binocular is definitely unusable unless you view with one eye closed. Other than not exchanging this binocular at my local store, I will exchange this product elsewhere. Inspect your product before leaving parking lot and you should be okay. Far superior to Big5 [$] zoom binocs see less

Honestly I know what you're thinking, 40 bucks for binoculars!! Well you might think they're one of those cheapies but they aren't. I considered saving up for one of the 400 dollar pairs but now I know that I shouldn't have. The quality is great and it's so easy to use. I'm planning on using it next hunting season and when I go to the next baseball or football game I'm bringing these. Don't consider anything else, for a test I went on my deck and aimed out, I could see my neighbor's refrigerator at about 300 - 400 yards! These are unbelievable. What are you waiting for? I just moved out to the country and I've recently started birdwatching. I bought these binoculars about 3 weeks ago and I just love them! The image comes through so clearly and the Insta-Focus makes it quick and easy to focus. I highly recommend them. see less

That first review sounds like it was written by a 19 year old kid working for the manufacturer or distributor. [..] The binoculars? They're not the greatest thing since sliced bread folks. You get what you pay for. They magnify what you are looking at but do not work like a higher end set. Make sure you can return them if you are not happy because you might not be. I didn't attempt to look at my neighbor's kitchen appliances so, I can't comment on how well they do that. see less

I bought this pair of binoculars for family use with younger children. Within one day of regular handling, the plastic piece, which was originally glued, on the bottom side of the middle piece fell off. They are compact and seemed like a good starter set. I reglued the piece. Will update review if other issues occur. see less
