We purchased two other remote control vehicles for our two and a half year old grandson. Neither worked well at all. the Kid Galaxy is definitely a good one for this age range. It is easy for him to use, soft so it does not damage walls and furniture, and just fun to use. We did disable the siren as it was pretty piercing. We did find other electronics, like baby monitors, will interfere with the signal. We just turn them off for awhile or use it outside. He LOVES playing with it. I actually bought this truck at a teacher supply store for about the same price listed here. I didn't know anything about it before I bought it (usually I do thorough research on a toy before I buy it) and I have to say I was very impressed with it--my two year old has no problem using it and it has no problems going over carpeted areas. I use rechargable batteries in it, and have had to recharge them once in the last month with moderate use. Great first RC truck--recommended! see less

This is my 17 month old nephew's favorite toy. He loves it and takes it everywhere he goes. This is the second one I've purchased for him as he pretty much destroyed the first one (no problem). My only complaint on this particular model is that it does not come with the siren noises that the previous model made. It would have received 5 stars otherwise. see less

One of my grandson's received this for his birthday. Children and adults had great fun with the set so I am sending them to my other grandson's for Christmas. Down side they do take 5 AAA batteries each,2 in each remote & 3 per car, but what the heck, they're worth it for the fun factor. see less

it would be perfect if the cars are bigger, and if the figure could fly even if you just bump into a wall. The fan function is just a waste of battery. see less

My sister bought this toy ... see more

My sister bought this toy for my sons 2nd b-day. It was all scratched up so I called the target return number. Because this item isnt sold in stores an exchange isnt possible. Long story short, It took a week alone to get the refund and new toy sent out, along with my sisters card being charged for an amount that it wasnt suppose to be. I rated this toy a 1 in fun and education value only sense we didnt get a chance to play with it. I do not recommand getting this as a gift, as if something goes wrong...it will take alot of time, and screw ups to get it replaced. see less

I had already bought the Wildkin "Princess" sleeping bag for my grandaughter's 4th birthday, and now have purchased not only the "Pirate" sleeping bag for her older brother, but also the "Out of This World" one for her younger brother. I am really impressed with these--they have the nice soft cotton flannel lining which is so much better than the polyester in terms of comfort. Also all three came with a carrying bag and a matching pillow. The kids love them and travel with them and use them also for lounging around. And they're just the right size--a little smaller than an adult bag but big enough to last through childhood. Their mother says they wash well also. I think the price for them is fairly reasonable--one of them I bought on a sale, so I was surprised at what the full price was when I purchased the other two. see less
