Buy at least 2. One for home and one for the diaper bag. It helps give you piece of mind if your baby seems to have an upset stomach or hasn't had a dirty diaper in several hours. You can use it several times a day if needed although we wern't comfortable with using it more than a couple times a day. My baby likes the flavor and it actually seemed to be a distraction from her crying at times and seemed to help. see less

My newborn had painful gas. I do keep gripe water on hand but always reach for these drops. My son is now 3 months old and if I use it when he's got gas or even when he has the hiccups. The taste is berry flavor and he seems to like it. The instructions say you can mix it with milk but I just use the dropper that's included and have not had any problems. Its easier to order online rather than buy this in-store. It must be popular because I never seem to find it. Now I always keep a bottle as a back up. see less

We had to start using these drops when my baby was around 1 week old -- he was super gassy and in a ton of pain after each feeding. These drops work okay as indicated on the box, but they work SO much better if you give them to baby BEFORE each feeding (our pediatrician recommended it). These drops seriously have saved our sanity, as well as baby's! Hard to find in stores, so glad they're offered online. see less

Baby had a little allergy/cold: sneezing, runny nose, congested. She hated the pin-down for the nasal syringe, but just a couple squirts of this every day, it all thinned and ran out on its own within about 3 days. see less
