I looked all over for an angel food cake pan that would not burn the cake, cave in, or be hard to remove. I found this nordic ware 2-pc angel food cake pan on line at target.com. I thought I'll give it a try, I've tried so many already. I love love it. The cake removes easy, does not burn or cave in. I wish I had found this pan years ago. We originally bought this to make pancakes, but we've ended up using it for so much more. The smooth side is perfect for eggs, bacon, pancakes, and quesadillas. The ridged side is great for burgers and chicken. Only needs a bit of cooking spray, it's easy to clean. The only problem we've experienced is that the coating on the unused side scrapes off easily if it rubs against the burners, we just have to be careful not to slide it around once it's on the stove top. Overall a great product and we use it several times a week. see less

I went shopping for this so i could grill meats: bacon, beef patties, pork belly, etc. Originally i was using a pan/skillet to cook really fatty meats like bacon, but since I would cook a lot at the same time, eventually the pan will start to smoke from the burning in of the saturated fat. My whole apartment would fill up with smoke and my smoke alarm would go off. So I decided to buy some new cookware, aparently this griddle was exactly what i needed. I was considering to buy this or the $10 more, iron casted grilled; note: this is an aluminum casted griddle, but works just as fine as the iron one, cheaper, and lighter to carry. The coating is much more smoother than the iron griddles and works better in cooking, so I dont have anything stuck against the griddle. Also the fatty oils drip down to the side which is perfect. The smoking problem I am no longer having, Cleaning is an absolute charm, it is handwash only, but not a problem, extremely easy to clean without any difficulty. I am very happy that I invested into this cookware and nothing else. I plan to use it for a long time. see less

I love this wok. The only thing that would be helpful is a lid. It will not fit in a dishwasher, but cleans up easily by handwash. We've used ours several times and it hasn't any damage yet. Nonstick holds up well. see less

I have really enjoyed using this egg boiler. It is super easy to use and the eggs turn out great. It is not a necessary or practical item - boiling water in a pot on the stove achieves the same outcome. However, as fun splurge item I do recommend it. see less

I've had one for nearly 10 yrs. and used it at least twice a week the whole time. The plastic finally warped out of shape and the seal no longer worked any more. I have been searching for another one for 6 months and finally I find them again on this site. I'm so happy it's here. Cook soft boiled eggs in 6 min. in 1000 watt microwave and 2 min. at rest. For hard boiled 8 min.1000 watt microwave and 2 min. at rest. They come out perfect every time. see less

This thing is without a doubt the best way to cook soft boiled eggs in the microwave with no effort! Simply put water in, add eggs and put in microwave for 9 minutes and quickly cool eggs under cold water for thirty seconds and you have perfect eggs! We've had this cooker for years and we handle it with care. Thin aluminum inside shouldn't be bent, and plastic outside should be kept away from hot burners, etc. But there is simply no better gadget for making great soft boiled eggs! Doesn't look like much... but it works! If you like soft boiled eggs, and want them consistently and with little effort, get it. Oh, and if you prefer hard boiled add a minute or so to t he time for perfect hard boiled ones. see less

This is the perfect keeper for holding bundt and round cakes. Keeps cakes freash and moist. I don't recommend putting it in the dishwasher or placing hot baked goods on it. It seems like extreme heat will crack product. Other than that its perfect. see less

Every year my mom makes this awesome rum cake at Christmas and we never know how to store it. It's too tall for my cake stand with the glass dome so it always ends up wrapped in plastic wrap. When I saw this, I knew it would be perfect. It is light and very sturdy. It is soooo easy to use....you just twist the lid to take it off or to lock it in place. Overall, it's a great product that is inexpensive, attractive and an easily accesible way to store a cake. see less

i have two of these and i love to bake so they are used all the time. i love how they come with lids that fit snug and i can port things easily in the car with them. my food stays fresh and the light pans bake my food evenly and perfectly. i also have the cookie sheets with lids. i LOVE this pan! see less

I love the cute shapes this pan makes and it is such good quality, you can really feel the weight of the pan. Just make sure that you grease and flour it thoroughly in the crevices, otherwise your muffins/cupcakes will stick. Love it! see less
