I bought this aerobic step about a month ago. The aerobic step is long enough and sturdy enough to do basic and advanced aerobic exercises. The aerobic step came with a workout dvd. The workout on the dvd went through basic and some advance step exercises. The aerobic step can be stored easily. The aerobic step can be adjusted up to 6 inches with the help of the risers. The risers are stored in slots underneath the step. Overall, I would recommend the stamina aerobic step because of the affordable price, the sturdiness, and quality.read less

Please "DO NOT" waste your money purchasing this Step & Dance aerobics dvd. Upon selecting the Step section, there is NO sound (audio) during the step instructions. Also the same occurred during the selecting the Dance section as well. NO sound during either Step or Dance instruction. There is only sound during the tutorial section. What a bummer DVD! Please don't waste your hard earned money buying this DVD....read less

I consider myself to be pretty well coordinated and I have been taking advanced step classes for years but this DVD was infuriating. I tried to return it but I had already opened it. The teacher, while very cute and upbeat, is horribly confusing. In most DVDs the instructors are mirror image, but Amy switches back and forth. In fact in some parts of the DVD her mouth is clearly saying "left" but they have overdubbed it with her saying "right". The DVD does include a breakdown of all the steps, which I practiced several times but when you get to the actual class its too confusing. I really gave this DVD college try, but after 4 seperate attempts and finally tweaking my knee, I have given up on it.read less
