I got this lantern for outages during the summer and boy did it live up to it's name. We had a bad storm one night the power went out and everybody (the town) was in the dark no one had light, but WE DID! I turned this on and it lit the entire room. We could here some of our neighbors say "Hey how come they have power and we don't?" That's how much it lit the room we were in. Yes it's that bright when you have it turned on hi. We've had this for 8 years now and keep it charged. If you get one that's defective (which is not often) take it back and get another one it's worth every penny. I'm getting 2 more. see less

My husband and I have been camping for 20 years. I was a tent girl, and he was a camper man. We have lots of camping equpitment, and over the years have built to our collection. Or recent purchase was this Coleman lantern. This is prefect for our outdoor cooking table(that was purchased at Target). The Lantern came in a suitecase, so that it won't get damaged. This is the first lantern that i have ever owned that came with a case, I think its a great idea. I would recoment this product for anyone that camps. The lantern also hooks onto a propane tree to become a lamp! The camping gear that Target does have is fairly priced, good quality, and long lasting. I would purchase this product again. see less

I was looking for 1 yr. and patiently stumbled upon these outside house lights. I took a leap of faith and order 7 because of the sale and especially due to others comments/ reviews. We got them all in a timely fashion. Not one had a scratch, and all glass was intact! I think I heard my house sigh with relief after we installed all 7 of them. Thanks Target - now I'm one step closer to making our farm house look like it belongs on a farm. see less

I love camping and when my globe on my lantern broke I freaked out. I looked everywhere. I went on-line to coleman, bass pro shop and any other outdoor store you could think of and either didn't find it or it was more expensive. It is good quality and the price is great. It was delivered right on time and it fit perfectly on my lantern. The only downside is that you can only get it on-line not in-stores. So if you need it ASAP you will have to get overnight shipping. see less

i noticed 1delicate shell was cracked, but was so excited i didnt care. i had no wires from the ceiling so i use an extension cord, mount it to the ceiling, had to find wooden beams under the ceiling walls to hang it securely. the chain was too long so had to cut that too. instillation would be difficult if my husband hadnt known his way around the toolbox after it hung i fell in love. perfect size for my small livingroom. its used all the time. its even nice to look at when not lit [...]but i am happy with mine after all see less

I absolutely love this light - I put a halogen light in it with a dimmer and at night it gives such a lovely glow. A bit smaller than I wished, but I absolutely recommend it. I am thinking of buying another one for my bedroom. see less

I absolutely love this unique chandelier. Yes, the shells are iridescent white framed by metal edging. Much better in real life than the picture. I did not have to unwrap each flower petal. The fixture came packaged really well with bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts--nothing chipped or broken and it is a fragile piece as the shells are delicate and thin. My husband hardwired it above the dining table. It looks fabulous. Nothing like it I have seen before. Thank you, Target, for becoming more upscale these days. This is not an inexpensive fixture, but well worth the price! see less
