Bought this phone around new years. Battery life is short. Now the charging part on the phone is junk and wont charge my phone. Before that issue I loved the phone. At the same time my husband bought the [...] phone and his always got better service than mine. see less

The battery life is short. I just unplugged my phone from the charger, with the battery indicator reading 100 percent, and immediately made a 3-minute call, with no other applications running. When I hung up, I looked at the battery indicator, and after only 3 minutes the battery charge was already down to 92 percent. I like the phone in just about every other way. If it weren't for the problems with the battery, this would be a 4 or 5-star phone. see less

I have this phone for another network, but the phone is slow, even when I'm connected to the wifi,I can't get web pages to load, I can't download one or two apps before it warns me that I'm almost out of memory. Sending picture messages is a joke, I have two people I tried to send a picture to and for three days now, it STILL says sending, no matter what I do. I wouldn't recommend this piece of junk to anyone! see less

This phone was horrible. Apps remain in internal storage and can't get more than three on the phone, even though they say they are on the SD card. Very slow, no signal. Will be returning the phone even before my month of prepaid service is up and getting another plan. Net10 customer service and every other avenue I tried through them was not helpful. see less

I was very skeptical when I first bought this phone because of the mixed reviews, but just to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. For [$] you get a decent smart phone. I am a casual user, I probably have 5 to 10 apps never more, and I browse the internet on my lunch period. There isn't a lot of room so I bought an 8gb card to add, and that helped out. The internet browses fine. Sometimes that apps give me trouble, but 80 percent of the time they are fine. The camera is decent. I bought this phone as a replacement for a broken phone, and it serves it purpose, I will definitely be getting a new phone in about 6 months, but until then this is a good smart phone, and its been working fine for me for over a month now. I say, the att fusion 2 is good for the casual smart phone user. see less

Bought this phone. After less than a month the phone would freeze every day several times a day. Finally got them to send a replacement and the day I got the new replacement phone, it froze just like the other one. Has been freezing every day. It also would turn off on its own. Do not like this phone at all. Would not recommend it see less

This is a very nice basic phone. It is simple, big buttons with big numbers and does not require key sequences to unlock keyboard. It has a left-side button that you push for 1 second to lock or unlock, just for that making it simple for elderly or persons with vision problems and has big numbers that are easier to read. It does not have web access which is a plus compared to other tracfones that have a very inconvenient web access button that once pressed, many times by mistake, may drain your minutes. It does have a right-side slide button for a very convenient flashlight and another right-side button below for an FM radio which requires a confirmation for on or off on the main keyboard. The only cons are No triple minutes and no bluetooth - so far double minutes only. It is very hard for me to find phones for my parents and this one does the job. The menu is simple for the needed things. But as always, be your own judge. see less
