I listened to the other review and I'm happy. This was the most reasonably priced, well made roasting pan I could find in time for Thanksgiving. It seems sturdy and can handle up to 22 pounds. It is non-stick. There's plenty of room under the rack for veggies. Also, delivery was quick. Well worth it! Looking forward to Turkey Day! see less

This pan has very nice locking thick handles for making it easier to lift a 22lb turkey. Extremely durable/solid!! Definitely non-stick so very easy to clean even the rack. Rack slides back'n forth a little assuming it has to leave a little room for getting juices for basting. The price is very reasonable for such a great product. You'll love it! Try there commercial bakeware too!! see less

We bought the Oneida rack for roasting a prime rib roast. Our roast was 9.5 lbs. It cooked the roast fine. Upon washing, however, we noticed that everywhere the rack came in contact with the pan there were little holes ground into the Teflon coating. This was the first time we used this pan, we did not even touch the bottom with a utensil and a 10 pound roast is not outrageously heavy. Thus, there is no justification for the weak Teflon coating. For me, having a chipped or scratched Teflon bottom renders the pan useless. I can't roast potatoes, make gravy or anything that would require stirring or scraping. I use non stick carefully, loving it [...] This was a waste of money and I am bringing it back. see less

Having to un-stack pots, pans or baking dishes to get what I needed was becoming too much of a chore. I purchased these to make my cookware more accessible and they worked better than I thought they would. I purchased enough to organize all of my frying and sautee pans, bakeware and even the lids. You can arrange them to stack pans vertically or horizontally. While I've only had them for a few weeks, they seem extremely durable. Now, everything is exactly where I need it, and I can access what I need without having to work my way through a noisy pile of cookware. Smartest organizational purchase I've ever made. see less

LOVE how this frees up cabinet space, and I can get to any pan I need without having to unstack and restack everything! Very durable, very sturdy, and it holds all of my heavy pans without a problem. I didn't even use the screws to support it, I just stood one up in the cabinet for stacking, and laid the other one down for my taller pans and serving platters. see less

I really love this! It gave me so much more space in my cabinet. I used to hate stacking my nonstick pans as I didn't want to scratch them, and it was such a pain when I needed a pan from the middle of the stack. This makes selecting a pan so easy & my cabinets look so much neater!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone. see less

though the directions were a bit odd, my husband had very little difficulty in attaching it to the wall for me as I'm only 5'3", anything higher, would have defeated the purpose. He likes it so much Im ordering another. storage was an issue and now with two storage shelves, cooking is not such a drag anymore. I still think its a little pricey. not even on cyber monday can you get a break on this price oh well see less

I love this pot rack now that I finally have it up on the wall, but the instructions were terribly confusing. I am really handy and have effortlessly put together my share of furniture.(...) I am really comfortable reading and following directions and have had great success. The instructions for this rack were awful. I had to call customer service to clarify and they told me to look at the drawing of the rack. When I informed them that the piece I was asking about was covered in the drawing, they pulled it out, read the instructions for five minutes, then informed me that I should email my question because the agent couldn't answer it because they didn't have the parts there. Someone would respond to me in 24 hours. Meanwhile, I have holes in my wall and had already been trying to finish this project for quite awhile. The end result was that I had mis-read one line in the first set of instructions (putting the rack together) that caused me to make an error when following the second set (attaching the rack to the wall). It was an incredibly frustrating experience. see less

We love this pot rack now that it's up, but it was a pain to put up. The wrong curved arms were included in the original box and one of their "special new" hanger things broke. Their customer service was GREAT on email and they mailed us the correct arms and 2 new special hangers right away. But, the special hangers broke again so we ended up buying 2 butterfly type hangers (for the top of the arms) that say they hold up to 100lbs each; those don't match exactly but it's close enough and they have worked great and quickly ended the installation frustration. If you buy those, make sure you get a size that fits in the existing top holes so you don't have to drill bigger holes; we used washers with the ones we bought. I really love this pot rack though; it's very functional and makes a nice decoration too. see less

The canning rack is not a ... see more

The canning rack is not as pictured. This canning rack has several circles which prevent the smaller jars from falling through. The canning rack I received has one circle with 4 dividers. Very unhappy. see less

For someone who wants to ... see more

For someone who wants to do a lot of canning, this obviously wouldn't work. For me, just wanting to put up several jars of jam for the year, and gifts, plus maybe experiment with salsa, etc., it's perfect. I was having trouble finding a canner that would work with my flat top stove, and with this I can use my regular stock pot. I don't use the handle for removing the jars in the basket, but that's a small inconvenience as far as I'm concerned. It's worked fine for me getting the basket/jars into the pot to start with. I don't think it is going to be exceptionally durable, which is why I gave it 3 stars there - but for the minimal investment and the ease of use and storage I'm not overly concerned. see less

In this product you receive a salad spinner basket with a plastic handle, 3 small mouth pint jars and a recipe book with all recipes scaled for 3 pints of product. Throw out the handle. If you lift 3 jars with this handle they're going to tip, a big problem that could cause your jars not to seal. The basket will not hold 3 wide mouth jars. The best thing about this kit is the recipe booklet. If you are just getting started and you want to try small batches of salsa or pickles or jam, the booklet is for you and maybe [$] is worth that plus 3 jars. Just know what you're getting for your money. see less

I have had my convection ... see more

I have had my convection oven for a year with no problems. It sits on a stand instead of a microwave because it is big. This is why I like it. I can put a 12" frozen pizza in it and cook with no preheating. I use it every day during the summer to bake so I don't have to use the regular oven to save on air conditioning. It is so convenient and safe, it shuts off by itself with the timer. My daughter wants one so her kids can come home from school and fix a snack. It's great for things you want to cook or reheat and have crispy as opposed to microwave soggy. see less

I have had this oven for about 2 weeks now after problems with several other brands that were much cheaper. We are living in a long stay hotel for work, and we don't have an oven, so this is our go-to appliance. So far, it has baked everything perfectly. It does heat up on the outside quite a bit and you have to be careful not to burn yourself, but I have found this to be true of all counter-top ovens. The size is great, but like one reviewer noted, it WILL NOT hold a 9x13 pan. It does come with one baking tray and I just kept the tray from our other oven that stopped working, as I couldn't find one small enough in the store. It will hold round cake pans comfortably though. All in all, I wish I would have spent more and just bought this one to start with - you get what you pay for. I also picked it up on sale in-store, which helped. see less

I am very pleased with this toaster/convection oven. I use it every single day instead of a microwave for heating all our leftovers and lunches. I also use it for baking side dishes at dinnertime. I have a family of five with allergies and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, using this appliance constantly. It is larger and quicker than our previous toaster oven, which did not have convection heating. Yet, it is not too large to fit and sit nicely on the counter. It does take a bit longer (4 or 5 min. longer) than a trational toaster to actually toast our frozen gluten free bread to a crispy brown, but the bread was evenly heated and the bread didn't warp (as it does in our normal toaster). It is simple to clean, and I'm grateful for it's beauty and hard work. I've only had it for a few months, so I'm hoping the realiability will be as wonderful as everything else about it! see less
