Chairs look just like in the picture -- sleek and stylish. They also feel very sturdy, and I don't worry about them not lasting. We've had them about 3 months now. The only annoying thing was that inserting the stoppers into the bottom of the legs was agonizing! They're a very tight fit, and there's no tool to help get the job done. My fingers were sore for days. I'd also advise to be careful when inserting those stoppers NOT to push the wood part of the chair up against something else, because we caused a small scratch doing that. Overall, very happy with the purchase! see less

I was worried this would not match the desk color due to the previous review. However, it is the EXACT same white as the desk. [...] That said, the white is pretty much a pure white. To compare, it is only *slightly* warmer than the keys on my white [...] keyboard.Also, it only took about 15 minutes to assemble! Seems quite sturdy and is comfortable enough. My husband and I bought a pair of these chairs to replace two of the four dining chairs in our kitchen. These chairs are used constantly by two adults and two small children so needless to say they need to be sturdy. We did not want to spend a fortune because we knew the chairs would likely take a beating and would need to be replaced eventually. The chairs are super affordable, aesthetically they are great and they are very substantial. We love the look and feel so much that we are getting another set as soon as they are available. Assembly was pretty quick, definitely easy and all parts were included. see less

Quality chairs and easy to put together. Sturdy and very comfortable. I purchased 2 sets and plan to buy another set. I have received many compliments on these chairs. The only con is they are heavy for some to move in and out from the table. However, I prefer them to be made of solid wood and that does tend to make them heavier. see less

These chairs are really beautiful and look very similar to Pottery Barn. I purchased these on sale and ended up paying roughly [$] and bought 4 of them. Not bad. BUT the quality is OK. The chairs are sturdy but the paint isn't on too thick, as I have already seen a chip or two and like others, there were a couple stains on the white when they came out of the box. I haven't given them a good cleaning yet, to see if that would help. Overall, the chairs are nice and decent qualit. I like my home to look "lived in" so they don't have to be perfect. see less

[...........] These looked nice enough, and from what I could tell by the website, they looked close enough to a true white that I thought I'd take a gamble. Once they arrived, I noticed the match wouldn't be perfect, but close enough. The color is a muted white with a matte finish... not quite an "off white", but not a bright white with a semi-gloss finish either. I logged back on to Target today to purchase another set, and figured I'd write a review for them while I was here, as the other review is not very descriptive. I think the price is kinda steep for what you actually get - are they really worth [$] per chair? - so hence the 4-stars on the value. Otherwise, I'm here for more - hoping they might have been on sale, but oh, well! see less

I have owned this chair for almost two years. I ordered it online and when I recieved it one of the casters was damaged. I made one phone call and recieved five, yes 5, replacement casters within a few days. I am a large person and have had no complaints about this chair at all. The seat is deep and wide and I sit at a desk 8 - 10 hours a day with no discomfort. I purchased a cushion for the seat but that's the only adjustment I made. I have a new home workshop and plan on getting this chair again. The seller couldn't have been more accomodating. see less

I bought an antique white desk at another store and needed a chair to match it but didn't want to pay $ that the other store was asking, so I googled antique white chair and this one came up. It looks very similar to the $ chair for about a quarter of the cost. It is the perfect color, very sturdy, and was easy to assemble. All parts arrived as stated and nothing was broken. Apparently the only people bothering the review this chair are the ones that had a bad experience so I am here to give some positive feedback...Our home office is tiny (5'x7') and everything is light or white to make it feel as large as possible. I ordered matching chairs from an office internet site based totally on the fact that they had a light fabic and light wood base. We tried them for a couple of weeks and were miserable. Sent them back and lost money both ways on the shipping. Walking thru our local Target a few days later I see this chair. Bought 1 to start wsith to see if we liked it first. That is an understatement. We loved it and I went back the next day and got another one. Both chairs were in perfect condition - no cracks or broken casters (98% of office chairs have plastic casters). I was dubious because there is no cushioning but they are comfy and look fantastic. We needed light-colored chairs and these fit the bill perfectly. The picture shows the white version of this chair, but the antique white is a lovely soft creamy color. I've been looking for a slipcover for my chair-and-a-half for years. Everything I tried was either too expensive or ugly. I bought this chair slipcover in green and my search is OVER! The fabric on my chair is floral, but you can't see it at all through the green. It fits as good or better as the one's I got from "the barn" for 5 times the price. Great value. Love me some Target! Now make a matching ottoman slipcover and I'm in business! see less

I bought this in khaki for my sofa and chair and a half, which is a bit oversized and dark sage green. I was a little worried it might not fit the chair, but it did and looks great. The khaki is a nice, light beige, but the dark sage does not show thru. The D rings and cut of this really make for a great fit. I could not be more pleased and it saved us from buying a new living room set, as I still liked my furniture but didnt't care for the color anymore and wanted a change. I would highly recommend these, they look much more expensive than they are. see less

This chair is great for small space, and is as pictured. A light gray and white. However, the print is not very distinct. Its like buying a replica painting that was computer printed on canvas. Have to see it for yourself. I love it! Defiantly not functional for a larger person though. see less

This chair arrived very quickly, and the fabric is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my guest room, so I haven't spent much time sitting in it to see how comfortable it is. The only problem we had was with one of the legs. Three screwed in fine, but one wouldn't tighten, and the metal ring inside the leg ended up coming out. My husband was able to fix it, and the leg is now attached securely. One other thing we noticed...two of the legs were heavy, two were really light. I don't know if they were made of different kinds of wood or what, but the weight difference was significant. The problem leg was one of the light ones. see less

I recently ordered this director's chair to replace one of the two on my deck that had broken. Needless to say, the old one looks very pale in comparison, so I will be replacing that one with another of the same from Target. The picture shown is exactly what you'll get: a clean, sleek design, a very comfortable seat, and space-saving dimensions. Perfect for the shore or anywhere for that matter. Yesterday after the grandkids had left, I noticed big white smudgy stains on the new seat cover. But a sponge and a little dab of detergent made all the spots disappear completely.
