I use these for potato wedges, steak fries, bean burgers, veggies, and more. They have heft and haven't warped after many uses. We wash by hand and after a few uses, I have taken to using parchment paper for easy clean-up--regular-sized Silpats didn't fit. I'm able to fit two of these pans side by side vertically in our oven. They have a 375-degree limit. Bought two and have since bought two more in case the first two ever wear out. The best baking sheet ever! The folks who left negative reviews probably didn't read the INSTRUCTIONS before they washed this pan. The instructions specifically say: "DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER". The air holes that are on the one side of the pan will indeed collect water on the inside of the pan. This pan must be hand-washed and NOT emerged into a sink full of water. I handwash my pans with a soapy sponge and then rinse. After drying my pans, I turn the pan upside down on a towel with the air holes facing the bottom, and allow any excess water that may have gotten inside the pan to drian. I have been using these pans since they first came out, and I have never had a problem. Other family members have also used these pans, they never had a problem either. And yes, you will have a problem if you put them in a dishwasher or soak them in water. The INSTRUCTIONS with these pans were meant to be READ and FOLLOWED by the manufacturers suggestion!! If not, then you will have a problem!! Also, if you bake the refrigerator cookies on these pans, I noticed that they need a few extra minutes.These pans are so gentle and the best baking pans that I own. I have given several as gifts, and everyone just loves them. Thank you AirBake for this great invention!! see less

I love this cookie sheet so much that I stopped using the other 3 that I already had and use only this one. It can hold 16 cookies nicely and I have never had a burning issue. I plan on getting more since waiting for one pan to finish takes awhile. see less

My husband and I received this as a wedding gift. I love it because it makes such pretty cookies and is easy to clean with just a quick wipe (or easier if you line it with parchment paper, although it tends to slide around). My husband loves it because he loves very light colored cookies and hated our other pans that burned the bottoms of cookies before the tops had finished cooking. I just bought these last week, I cooked a chicken on them and that turned out fine, but the real test came yesterday when I went to bake my signature dessert, French Macarons. I knew something was wrong when I heard that 'boing' noise when cheap pans warp/bend in the oven from the heat...not a good sign. Not one single macaron came out without cracks! I'm open for opinion, but the only thing I did different this time was use my new baking sheets. I'm going back to my old, stained set that has the grooves on the bottom for even airflow.I wish I had kept my receipt, but I really thought Calphalon was a decent brand. see less

These cookie sheets give the Calphalon name a bad name. First time out, I baked some chicken on the sheets at 400 degrees and these sheets couldn't handle it. Both popped up really really bad. Took them back. Don't buy this even if on sale! see less

First, I never wash my baking sheets in the dishwasher. They will ALL rust. I always wash them by hand. This is the best, durable baking sheet I've ever owned and nothing sticks to them! They wash up easy with warm soap and water. I love them so much I now own 3! see less

While out of town I bought this cookie pan to make our favorite chocolate chip cookies, I couldn't believe the difference a cookie pan could make, better than ever. The cookies had crisper edges and bottom than I get with my usual pans. I was very pleased with the difference, and will buy more of these pans to have at home. The person who had a problem with rust, this is not an unusual problem for metal bakeware, after washing just put it in the oven so it can dry out completely, as long as you don't soak or wash it in the dishwasher, it probably won't be a problem. see less

I received this set as a wedding gift and use them all the time! We have a problem with our oven & can't get the door open all the way, so we have to tip pans to get them inside the oven. These cookies sheets have a lip on all 4 sides, so nothing slides off while we're tipping them!! These are a very nice quality at a great price & are my new favorite cookie sheets!! see less

I had purchased this set hoping it would be exactly what i needed mainly because of the price until I baked with them stuffed them in the oven and the results were horrible. They may be nonstick yes, but each stain quick. I tried scrubbing them even poured some comet It was still no use. Overall I will be throwing it out, DO NOT BUY. see less

Best baking sheet I have ever had hands down!! Great for cookies, sheet cakes, biscuits...whatever. Nothings sticks to this pan. Just take care of it and do not put it in the dishwasher. Wash and dry by hand and you should have it for a very long time. I will always look for and buy Calphalon products. see less

I received this pan as an engagement gift. I baked some sugar cookies and the cookies just slid right off the pan. I didn't have to scrape anything off when I rinsed the pan to put in the washer. I plan on getting more pans of this brand. see less
