I have an older pet who sometimes has accidents and this cleaner has been wonderful for cleaning up those accidents and removing any stains. This has been a great cleaner and has gotten a lot of use. I just purchased another one just like it and will give my old one to my son. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone. The price is great and the performance is even greater! see less

This machine has done well for me. I did have the suction issue a few times because the front panel on the bottom tank was not in the correct position. It came out of place easily when removed for cleaning or when using the attachments. See the troubleshooting video on loss of suction. I have pets and have used this over 20 times in 2 years to clean up puke and pee pee-works great! see less

A brand new house with tons of carpet, 2 kids... a lot of clean. I used to hire carpet cleaning service on a regular basis, but the bill is getting high. This is exactly what I need. It is light, very easy to operate, can take out stains, no matter it is one hour or one year old. Simply excellent. After vacuuming and deep cleaning our carpets, my husband said they looked like new. I agree & am especially happy with the way the heavy traffic areas turned out. (We have a dog, 2 cats & live in the woods w/ sandy soil.) The house has never felt more clean. It is helpful that all the pieces come apart & are easy to clean/rinse (if you have a utility sink). A huge plus is that the Bissell cleaning products are biodegradable so I don't have to sacrifice the environment for having a clean home. Totally satisfied! see less

I did get this in the mail, last week. looks pretty tough. Haven;t used it yet, but it looks great. So many attachments to use. Also I have 3 dogs, so this will do the trick. Very sturdy, and big to. A little more heavier then what I thought in the picture when I ordered it. Ask me again in 1 to 2 months, how it is. Cause I just had professionals come in and do the rugs for Christmas. This is the best of all the bissell solutions. Get much more out of this solution than the others. The others you would have to repeat every 4x till you reach your desired expectation. This one works 10x better!! Cleans it right away without having to do it repeatedly! Definitely worth every penny and this is the one you should stick with if you own a bissell carpet cleaner. Definitely you get more out of your money with this. I have a cat and a dog and of all the solutions I've tried this has won me over. Once you try this you will be satisfied guaranteed! This stuff is fabulous. I bought it for use in the Bissell Quick Steamer, and you seriously just put a tiny bit in, and the rest is water. It works great. I had a lot of spots from the dogs running in and out of the house, plus all the foot traffic, but this stuff just pulled it right out. It is a lot more affordable than other similar products, and only a little bit was enough to do my whole living room. It will last me a LONG time. see less
