Very affordable, durable, and chic product! I have had 2 of these DVD racks for over 6 years and they are so versatile and sturdy. They have been taken apart and transported for numerous moves. I did not attach to the wall. I attached them to back to back for extra stability. I really like the design element of having group slots so collector edition and blue-ray cases will fit on the rack in addition to a standard DVD case. I am purchasing a 3rd rack for my ever-expanding movie collection. see less

Just got one and plan on getting a 2nd. Great way to store a large amount of DVDs in a small amount of space. I had my DVDs on a 6' x 3' bookshelf, and I think 2 of these should fit all my DVDs. Love the low price and easy assembly. I didn't give it all 5s because it seems somewhat unsteady. The wire racks come in 2 parts and the top one just sets in the lower one, doesn't seem very secure. I think the weight of the DVDs will hold it in and if not, I'll wrap some black tape around the slots, I think. It is not terribly steady on the carpet, but has a wall attachment kit, which I'll use once I have it's final location selected. Overall a good deal for the money, I think. see less

I ordered this specifically for my husbands car. He needed something compact and easy to use in his (man) car.. things tend to get tossed around. The 20-disc case only came in red..and I ordered 2. 1 for his car and 1 for mine. We both love them, works great for the boat also. see less

I wanted a storage case to keep my son's dvd's and cd's in one convenient place. The sleeves on this case were a little cheap though and I could see them ripping in anxious hands, so I kept this case for myself and used an existing one with sturdier sleeves for my boy. This is a functional disc holder for the price if you take your time when inserting and removing cd's. see less

i don't like that the carrier opens at both ends. if you don't have one end completely closed for some reason and open the other end, then all your disc will fall out. see less

I was able to finally rid myself of all those pesky CD/DVD cases with this high quality gem. Unlike other DVD organizer books, there is no pulling from sleeves. You just select the numbered slot and the disc you chose come right up. The spring mechanism is extremely quiet and high quality. Easy to use and it's labeling system pops out at the push of a button. Also, discgear provides an online labeling system so you will always have you information available to you online. The only downside is that I wish they were stackable if you have more than 1 unit as I do. see less

Although this DVD/cd holder is a small package it holds so many CD's it is really cute and much sturdier that I expected. I plan on buying at least one more for my room, which conveniently attaches to the original that i purchased! I have to admit when it first got here I was worried about how small it was but we didn't have a problem with it at all. We took down a small book self and put all the DVD's in this little case. I love how much room we saved. see less

This is great for storing CDs without their cases. You can label the outside of each of the 4 cases with a category so you can find what you're looking for easily. I use one for all of my computer setup CDs, one for photo backups, one for family videos and one for other software. It looks great on the shelf. I like it so much I'm ordering another. see less

this item is great it holds all my games like xbox and intendo, the only thing is if u are buying this for the ps3 games the games wont it in the slots. u would have to put the dvd in the slot and then put the ps 3 game on top of the dvd movie . the ps3 games are to small..... buy this item if u are a movie dvd or a gamer like me see less

I loaded it up with maybe 75 or so DVDs, and the case started to fall apart. Like the adhesive ripped from the binder's spine. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. see less

This is great! It really saves you a ton of space...we have TONS of kiddie DVDs. What I like about it is that each sleeve comes with 2 separate components... One sleeve allows you to pull out your paper movie cover from the DVD case and slide it in as the sleeve display. Then it has a separate 2nd sleeve that fits into the main sleeve. This 2nd sleeve fits 2 separate DVD cd's in it. Anyways, it works great for us! see less

This is a great case for storage and security - I am a little disappointed with the sleeves that come with the case (hence the 4/5) - they aren't the best quality, but will suffice - and of course you could replace them with more durable sleeves as it is just a 3 ring binder set-up. This is perfect for traveling - not that everyone needs to travel with their cd collection, but for instance if you are shipping things for an overseas move, this is great. It is a hard case, so it shouldn't get crushed with handling, plus it has the added security of the combination locks on the latches. Very pleased with the price as well. see less

so my fiance is a DJ and I thought this would be a super awesome present to get him, something that would give me serious props and gold stars in the girlfriend department. I purchase this, gulping at the high price but figure, "hey, its Christmas" I'm super excited when it arrives to find out that one of the latches CAME BROKEN! instantly i had visions of us arriving at the club with his awesome new DJ bag, he goes to set up, all eyes on him and..........his DJ bag with all his cd's wont open. Will I exchange it for another? heck no! if this one came broken, I'm not about to risk the ultimate embarrassment of having a replacement go haywire at the critical moment of a club performance. I'm kinda glad it broke BEFORE I even gave it to him. At least this way I can wipe my hands of a possible disaster. see less

As said before in the review above, this cd tower would be a mistake to buy. It leans forward when you put too many cds in it and all the cds fall out. It has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. It does not even deserve one start but the review makes me put at least one. DO NOT BUY. see less
