The dimensions say this furniture is only 35" tall but I'm 5'4 and it's almost as tall as me! I was pleasantly surprised in its size. It took about 3 hours to put together but looks great as a finished product. It's made of particle board so of course it's not the best quality but I don't plan on moving it a lot. see less

I am very happy with this media center. The TV stand is particularly sleek and attractive, and all of the pieces are sturdy. To help organize some items that I wanted to hide, I purchased [...] large milk crate baskets on four of the shelves, and they fit perfectly, filling up the entire space with about one inch of space above.I was able to put together the furniture easily. The shelves are particularly simple to do. As others have said, the pieces arrive in three different boxes and do not need to be connected together as seen in the photo. see less

Like reviewer "SRB" said, my pieces came in 3 separate shipments, and they arrived quickly! I got the whole thing put together by myself in a few hours, and the end product is a beautiful new entertainment center for my living room! The shelves on the TV stand are removable, which I like because I removed the middle one and put my stereo down there, with my speakers up on the towers. The TV stand is very very sturdy, even with my 29" tube TV sitting on top of it (I know... I need to just get a flat screen). The only drawback at all about this set is that the towers are a liiittle bit wobbly, especially when they're sitting on carpet, but really once you put things on the shelves and weigh it down, you have zero problems. Overall, great purchase and beautiful set - especially for the price! see less

I order this and it was delivered as three separate items (with three separte tracking numbers) so perhaps that is what happened to the previous reviewer. Target also sells just the TV stand with out the side towers so maybe they ordered the wrong item. I found the items to be exactly as pictured, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. The finish is a very dark brown-brown. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a contemporary clean line media center, and it is not over-powering in the room. I would not recommend it if you have a large room. I have a 50inch tv and it fits just fine on the stand. see less

After paying almost [$] I would have thought it would be a little better quality. I had to construct my own draw bottom on each because it only came with two. Trust me I came VERY close to giving up and breaking it all down and sending it back but it is a lot of work to put it together. It does look pretty cool once and if you get it together. I wouldn't trust putting a heavy tv on it though. I have my hung behind it. Good luck! see less

I purchased this on 9/30/12 it arrived [...]. It is lightweight so if you live in apt. it's easy to get upstairs. This stand is just as well built & the quality just as good as any stand that costs much more money. Easy to build, directions are easy to read. in the 2nd picture it appears the doors are clear they are not, they are plastic which sounds cheap but they are very sturdy plastic & look nice when all done. DO NOT pass this up great price, great quality for the money. see less

i had been looking for a corner stand for awhile because my bf wanted a new surround sound and i didn't have any of the resources for it. this solved that. the tv and center channel sit on top, a speaker tucked into each of the top corner shelf, you can't even see them. they are not obstructed in anyway and the positioning inside the shelf itself is excellent. you may not think you need a new tv stand cause of a new surround sound but we definitely did and it made a difference. took me quite awhile to assemble it but i took my time sooo??? it wasn't really hard, they all joked that i had ordered myself a giant puzzle to put together. heavy, very heavy. it was harder to move once assembled so if you can manage to finish assembling it as close to the corner you are gonna put it in that should help. see less

This product is great for Large TVs. Our 55 inch TV fits perfectly on it and with the shelves that go with it we can put our surround sound system, cable box, wii, and xbox and still have room to spare. The drawers are nice to store things so that stand looks neat and tidy. It comes in many pieces to be put together, but it is definitely worth it. The stand has 45 degree angle corners so even if you don't put it directly int he corner, just at a slant, it still appears to be right up to the edge of the wall. Very satisfied! see less

I ordered this for the style, and the price was right. It took my husband about 2 hours to put it together and it turned out better than i expected. It is solid and fits our decor perfectly. Although it isn't wood, it didin't matter since it is ebony...nice finish see less

Overall, very happy with it. The picture makes the size of the table seem a little misleading. This table is HUGE! I put a 67" DLP TV on it and it sits perfectly at the wide ends, albeit a little too high. This thing is heavy, made mostly of solid wood, and looks magnificent. Only gripe I have is that 2 parts came in defective, one probably due to shipping abuse--the back panel had a cracked corner that fell off while I tried to assemble it, and the second defect was what appears to be a drill hole that was filled in with resin, and glue or resin stains around it on the right glass door. Not very big, but they do stick out as they are beige colored and the table is black. I tried to sharpie the little hole, which worked ok, but the glue stains are noticeable, even when sitting 15 feet away. Wrote to the company to see about getting a replacement, we will see how it goes. see less

Saw the other great reviews on this TV stand so decided to order.Was not dissapointed at all! This is a beautiful stand and goes so well with my other oak pieces I have in my living room.It took my husband about 2 hours to put together,instructions fairly easy. We just love it and our new 60" TV looks awesome on it! The oak color is a slight pit darker but our other tables our like this too. see less

I was looking for a TV console that fit in with my country/Shaker style decor. Did not want a metal and glass one or something that would not hold up. This console looks beautiful in my house and my 55" TV fits perfectly. The color is a medium brown and looks like the picture on-line. This is what I wanted and I am not disappointed. The price is very reasonable for what you get. It looks like furniture and is quite solid. I looked everywhere....in stores and on-line. This was exactly what I was looking for. I was so scared to order this stand after reading the reviews. I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled to for this purchase. None of the pieces or glass were delivered broken. There were 3 minor flaws in the wood but our old entertainment stand that we paid double the price for also had wood flaws. Unless you are looking for the flaws they are not noticeable. All of the holes lined up during the assembly just fine. It's a nice heavy piece that looks great! I do agree with other reviewers that the color is much darker than pictured here but it still matched our other oak in the house. It does require assembly but with a good electric drill you'll be done in no time. Give it a shot! see less
