These are better to pump and store breastmilk. They can be put in the dishwasher and are chemical free. You can use other lids/nipples on these if you're afraid they'll crack. Just don't screw stuff on too tight and you should be fine. I've had no problems at all and don't intend to ever go back to plastic bottles! see less

My son has been almost exclusively breastfed but since I returned to work part-time he has refused bottle after bottle. He would only take this one and the Born Free bottles - the only other one he would take- but since he was 7 months old he has preferred this one. Heavy duty, bpa free, fits my pump, dishwasher safe- I have loved these way more than the plastic I had with my first child. The only complaint is that the nipples are more of a 2 flow or maybe 3 - so not ideal for smaller ones but like other reviewers said, you can use other nipples on them. So glad I switched to glass! see less

I like to use glass bottles because I don't have to worry about any chemicals leaching from them. They clean nicely in the dishwasher and don't get cloudy like plastic does. I was surprised at the low price, not expensive at all! Also, I didn't know how well "glass" and "baby" would mix, but the bottles are relatively sturdy.... baby has tossed them on our wood floors and vinyl floors and they've never broken. But any stone or cement will definitely cause breakage so you do have to be cautious. see less

Love these! Can wash them in dishwasher without worrying about chemicals being absorbed. They fit Medela pumps and lids. The Medela lids have not cracked, but I also make sure not to screw them on too tight. It seems better to store pumped milk in these vs. plastic if you ask me. Good deal! see less

Last week, my daughter decided that my granddaughter was doing so well that she was going to switch her back to regular bottles.My granddaughter is trying to hold her bottle now and Dr. Brown bottles are a bit larger and more parts to clean. Super easy transition from nursing. Best bottle to reduce confusion and it is super soft and squishy which means baby loves it too. I highly recommend. It is the best bottle I could find and my baby is very soothed by it Wish they were a bit cheaper but that could be said for anything. Very worth it if you are a nursing mother or not. see less

I bought the Dr. Brown's Bottles - Glass at my SuperTarget store on clearance to test them out. And I am so happy I did! My son had horribly painful gas. So painful that he would wake up in the middle of the night after passing gas. I wish I would have registered for these on my Target Baby registry instead of the [brand] bottles. I LOVE the glass bottle too. Easy to read the fl oz's compared to their plastic bottle. And the glass bottles are easy to clean too! The extra parts are WORTH it! All top rack in the dishwasher -- after 2 months they are still holding up strong! see less

We love, love these bottles ! They are a little bit heavier but you do get used to it. The only annoyance is cleaning up all the parts. Our daughter had noticably less gas the first time we used it. It has helped with her acid reflux as well. see less
