This stuff is awesome, it really does repair your hair. I am African American, I have thick curly hair. Im 1 yr into my transition from relaxed to natural hair and the ends of my hair are a bit dry. I had my stylist use it as a deep conditioner, sat under a dryer, when she washed it out & tried to comb my hair the comb went straight through. Usually I'd had her comb from the bottom of my hair strands upward, but she was able to just comb my hair from top to bottom. Once it was blown dry & flat iron my hair looked like Caucasian/Asian hair. I was so satisfied with this product, because when I want straight hair...I want straight hair see less

I have 3C low porosity hair. My hair is very fine and frizz is always an issue! I love this product! Smell is a huge factor for me because I'm sensitive to overpowering smells. This product does not have an overpowering smell. Keeps frizz in check and keeps my curls looking lovey. After I co-wash I use this as my styler with nothing else. I would cry if this product changes or discontinues. Must try for naturals! see less

I think I am in trouble. I was in desperate need of a leave in conditioner last night on the way home and I did not want to go far to buy what I normally use. I stopped at my local beauty supply store and picked this up. OMG I am in love with this product after one use and I will continue to buy this as long as they make it. The smell is very pleasant not over powering with lots of fruity fragrances. The consistency is not too thick or loose, it is just right. I have very thick hair, little to no curl definition, kinky or whatever you call it. The directions states for this hair type apply a generous amount, but I focused mainly on my ends and did not use much. This product untangled those knots with ease. I love it and I can't wait to use it on my daughter's hair which is thicker than my hair. I have used a lot of detanglers and I think I finally found what works for me. see less

This shampoo is perfect if you have ANY types of problems with your hair...too limp, too greasy, too heavy (from hard water, conditioner, etc). One use and your hair will be light and soft, and feel very clean! You can really tell the difference right away, and the directions say to use it once a week or so, but I use it two or three times a week and never dries my hair out. It always just looks amazing (especially if you are blow drying)! Only issue is it doesn't smell the greatest, but what can you expect. It does what it's designed to do wonderfully. see less

The best thing I like about Neutrogena Shampoo anti-residue formula is that the label never had the word "improved" on it. Every time I see that word on a product I cringe. It flags a product that's been changed, quality lessened, for more profits. This works great! Rogaine Foam made me break out with acne. I tried the new Target Foam and it made me break out as well. The only one that doesn't make me break out is the liquit 5 percent . But I only saw it in a single month supply recently. I am hopiong that it is not being phased out because of the foam. I can't use the foam. Honestly , it's the BEST . It's perfect to get rid of frizz, scrunch hair , keep hair straight after straightening , gives a little shine , and doesn't have that nasty smell most hairsprays have . If you put on too much , it will get your hair crunchy , but it can easily be combed through and still hold . BUY IT . see less

my natural hair does not do well with puddings and most gels make my hair brittle. so i tried this. it leaves my curls defined. be sure not to use too much or will make hair cruncy. use a leave in conditioner or moisterizer then this product to keep hair from drying out. Cost alot but if you use small amouts it will last. smell isnt noticable or strong like most curl products. see less

I actually got this for my Mother, due to her hair had diminished from having surgery. She tried several products but nothing seemed to work. She was buying the cheapest products she could find at the local drug store. Being raised during the depression will do that to a person. It's 1/3 of the price of the name brand, and it's really great. I've been using it for about 4 months now, and I can totally see a difference even though I only use it once a day instead of the recommended two. My friends and family have really noticed the difference as well. I have PCOS which causes me to have very thin hair, and this helped regrow it and fill it in. Plus, it seems to create a lot of body which is an added bonus for me. I haven't had any reactions to date. The only con is that it does dry out my scalp a bit, but I use Neutrogena T-Gel once or twice a week and it helps. I would totally recommend this to any person who suffers from thin hair. To BBlover, The name brand for men has 5 percent minoxodil. The target brand for men has 5 percent minoxodil. The name brand for women has 2 percent minoxodil, as does the Target brand. i have tried soooo many product for my wildly frizzy curls and this really tamed them i also use this with garnier fructis anti frizz serum and its amazing it also doesnt leave you hair with a baad smell its quite nice acctually! and to help it not look stringy and crunchy i take a wide tooth comb and gently brush through and it looks and works great! hope this helps! see less

I have the FRIZZIEST hair ever! It's shoulder length, and really kinky. I needed something to tame the frizz and create waves ( and curls ) out of the kinky hair. This was DEFINATLEY the perfect product! I have been searching for a product for years and I FINALLY found it! I recommend getting it if you have frizzy hair ( not neccesarilly curly, ) and you want to enhance the curls. It's really cheap and it works just as well as any other salon-brand product. I LOVE IT AND I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE! see less
