My 7 year old received this set for his 7th birthday and was able to assemble it by himself in several hours. There are so many fun details that it just really lends itself to extended playing. The bush and the police sign on the front edge of the set do tend to fall off a lot but lego sets tend to suffer casualties when played with. Overall Excellent value! see less

This set is so cool! Its a decent size and very durable. Mini figures are nicely detailed and so is the Police Unit and accessories. Really fun and takes about an hour to build. see less

I like the multiple pieces you get in this set. You get the 2 police cars, motorcycle and cool bank stuff. The bad guy mini figure is really funny and has a crow bar. You get a lot of sets of things for the price and it is fun to build. see less

This was perfect for my almost 6-year old. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 hours for him to flip through the 60-step book and assemble it. He enjoyed every minute of it and was very proud of himself when he was done. It is structured well enough that he is able to play with the assembled shuttle without pieces constantly breaking off. Definitely a good buy. see less

My son has loved building, rebuilding and playing with his Loader and dumper. He also loves playing with the "mine bomb." It was pretty easy for him to put together with my direction. He is 5 and had a few pieces that were too small for his fine motor skills, but overall he did a great job putting it together with a little assistance. He has taken pieces apart and put those back together by himself several times. It has held up with hours and hours of playing. We have managed to loose a few of the tiny pieces like the "lights" since they tend to bounce on our hardwood floors. The author of this review received a free sample of the product. see less

It took a while to get my 11 and 12 year old interested in the lego, but once they opened the box they did not stop. It took each of them 10-15 minutes to make each of the pieces, which isn't long. They needed some thing a little more challenging, but they had a great deal of fun and have played with it since. They have asked for more lego for Christmas.
