My husband is a farmer, so of course our little boy wants to be one as well. He's a very active 2 year old who was quickly outgrowing his high chair and wasn't able to sit at the adult table without figeting badly. We ordered this on a Friday, and it was delivered the following Tuesday - a ton quicker than predicted. Although a bit of a pain to put together (every single piece is separate), once together it is a very sturdy piece of furniture. The farm animals are engraved into the table and chairs (a pig on one chair, a cow on the other), which enhances it's looks greatly. The paint looks hand-done as well, which almost makes it look like "Grandpa" made it for him. It wipes clean very easily, as it has a laquer-like clear coat, which is very good after craft time or coloring. No paint came off on the sponge after a vigorous scrubbing to get pencil off. My son is also very happy with it - he moos and clucks and oinks at every meal. I can't wait until my 8 month old daughter is old enough to use the other chair! On a side note for those with two young children - the table is large enough for each child to have a lot of leg room, no matter what side they sit on. Overall, although a little more expensive than the other tables, I know that I lucked out with this child's table. I know it will last until we no longer need it, and will probably stay in the family for years to come, even when we don't need it any longer.
