I wanted to cut my cable bill and decided to look into internet tv. I first purchased a neotv since I have a lot of net gear products and have been happy with them. I had problems with the neotv and purchased a Roku. The Roku is far superior, easy to use and a fantastic product. My cable tv bill is now zero and I just use netflex and all the other features of Roku. I highly recommend this product. see less

Bought one of these to see about getting rid of my satellite receiver to save money on TV. I purchase a Roku because they are one of the companies that started streaming video for Netflix with their boxes, bought it home and hooked it up but the unit would not get past the ROKU menu would just shut off after 2 minutes. I thought I might have gotten a defective unit so I exchanged it for a new one, but had the same exact problem as the 1st unit, I would get the ROKU name on my screen but it would not go to the next step in setting it up for the wifi connection. It was hard to believe that I had gotten 2 of these bad what a disappointment. I think I will try the Sony brand next, or maybe just get a Blue Ray player with wifi. see less
