The cabinet is beautiful and roomy. It was easy to put together and stores many crafting needs indoors and out of site. I bought this desk when I went to grad school because I wanted something sleek that didn't cost too much money. The dark wood color is sophisticated and lovely, it was very easy to put together, even though I did put on a few pieces backwards at first, and I love all the towers and compartments for my printer, computer paper, and other office supplies. see less

I LOVE this desk even though it is that particle board material but it is more dense and stronger than the furniture you can get at [other retailer]. That color is very dark which is just what I was hoping ,almost looks black, Easy to assemble myself, no damage, sturdy, and compact, but it holds EVERYTHING. The 2 modems, the monitor, and speakers ,4, a couple candles, with a cubby to hide paper, plugs, and pens keeping it all looking very sharp and neat. I expect 5-10 years very frequent use see less

I had an old bulky desk that really didn't go with the decor anymore. This one shipped quicked and was pretty cheap in price. It did take me a while to put together since I didn't have anyone assist me holding some of the things in place but that was expected. Other than that, it was simple to assemble. My husband and I shopped around for a long time trying to find something to fit in our living room. We walked around Ikea a couple of times and nothing really fit. When we saw this, we loved the style and it is really a beautiful piece. It only took us an hour and a half to put together and it wasn't difficult. I recommend looking VERY closely at the pictures in the directions as they explain the steps better than the written instructions do. Overall, we are extremely happy with this! see less

Arrived in good shape and took a few hours to put together. Once assembled it looks really good and is sturdy. It is probably a bit larger than I really needed but it looks nice and I am getting the other pieces of the collection to finish off my bedroom. The color is not really white, it is definitely off-white or cream colored but the antiquing looks pretty good for RTA furniture. This thing holds A LOT of stuff, mine is mostly folded up T-shirts, but there are a ton of them and it still has room for more. I have the dresser and a bookcase on the way. Although assembling this cabinet required the services of a handyman, it was well worth it. Decently made and attractive, it hasvfour shelves and enough interior space to serve as a kitchen pantry. The finish is antiqued white/cream and it can stand in any room--kitchen, bath or living room. see less

I bought this because I was looking for a oak finish and something that was sturdy. The book case looks exactly like the photo. I was concerned about the possible shipping damage due to other reports it arrived early and with no damage. I never put anything like this together before so it took awhile but it was not too difficult. The online video helped. Looks fine for my home office and hold books, and albums with no problem. see less

When I came home to find the box sitting on my porch, I was already impressed. All corners and edges had bracing on the outside for protection. When I opened the box I was pleased to find all wood parts were labeled. The hardware bags also included a screwdriver. Directions for assembly were great and I had my desk built in around a hour. Everything fit together very nicely and I'm very pleased with the quality of the "Sauder" brand desk. It also looks great as well! Great buy! see less

This is my second Orchard Hills cabinet. Love Sanders brand. Would recommend that when putting the cabinet together use an electric screwdriver, it goes much faster. There are some areas where I would not recommend using the electric screwdriver. Looks wonderful next to my oak furniture. see less

This is a nice cabinet and I am happy with it in most ways, but it clearly says in the item description that it holds 272 dvds, that is FALSE, it barely holds 250. Not happy because one of the reasons I bought it was because of how many it held. see less

i had been looking for a corner stand for awhile because my bf wanted a new surround sound and i didn't have any of the resources for it. this solved that. the tv and center channel sit on top, a speaker tucked into each of the top corner shelf, you can't even see them. they are not obstructed in anyway and the positioning inside the shelf itself is excellent. you may not think you need a new tv stand cause of a new surround sound but we definitely did and it made a difference. took me quite awhile to assemble it but i took my time sooo??? it wasn't really hard, they all joked that i had ordered myself a giant puzzle to put together. heavy, very heavy. it was harder to move once assembled so if you can manage to finish assembling it as close to the corner you are gonna put it in that should help. see less

This product is great for Large TVs. Our 55 inch TV fits perfectly on it and with the shelves that go with it we can put our surround sound system, cable box, wii, and xbox and still have room to spare. The drawers are nice to store things so that stand looks neat and tidy. It comes in many pieces to be put together, but it is definitely worth it. The stand has 45 degree angle corners so even if you don't put it directly int he corner, just at a slant, it still appears to be right up to the edge of the wall. Very satisfied! see less

When our old tube style tv went out, we had to buy a new tv stand too. We saw this one in the store and liked the look of it. It was easy to put together. It looks very nice in the living room. It holds our 42" tv very nicely. The first shelve holds our Bluray player and Wii. Underneath we have baskets to hold some DVDs and Wii games. Great tv stand for the price. see less

I have an older tube TV so it was difficult to find a stand that would be strong enough to hold it. This Orchard Hills Entertainment Stand is absolutely perfect for the job. It's big enough to hold my TV without overpowering the room. It also has tons of excellent storage; I have my cable box, DVD player, all my DVDs, and room to spare. It looks and feels like a very nice piece of furniture. Also, buying from Target [...]My only note is that the assembly is a bit time-consuming and difficult, but no more so than any other build-your-own furniture and I do think the results are excellent. Also, prepare yourself that it's heavy (both in the box and assembled)! see less

The desk arrived in a different color than what was pictured on the site. I ordered the sand pear and was expecting a greenish finish, but it was just brown. The quality was pretty poor. I think I'm actually going to have to glue a few pieces together, because they don't fit properly. I wasn't expecting much--just a basic desk-- but I would definitely not recommend this product. I'm glad I didn't spend much on it because I'll have to replace it soon. see less
