Be ware this is not the whole coffee maker.It says digetal coffee maker i got it today and it was just the coffee caraft.The supervisor was very rude about this.They wouldnt do nothing about it they want you to waist your time and gas sending it back. This is miss advertisment on there part no mine.So if you need just the caraft you will want to order this .It was funny when the supervisor said it came with a coffee scooper,drip tray and it used ground coffee.I told her i think you put the ground coffee in the coffee maker not in the pot someone need to teach her about there products before she talkes to the customer. see less

First time using Flowering Tea and thought it was pretty cool to watch the ball open and the flower come out. Took about 5 minutes. Tea was on the lighter side, not strong. Probably could have been stronger but I did let it sit for a while. Came with 6 balls and 3 loose teas. It's a fairly small pot but plenty big enough for about 4 good size cups of tea. I've gotten several compliments on it and would buy it again. see less

bought to replace lousy quality [Competitor Brand]---The West Bend leaked from top cover/plastic bulb assembly from new--customer service at west bend was top notch and sent a replacement part in 2-3 days--perk does a very good job making a hot and flavorful pot of coffee--despite the initial minor glitch, I would recommend this perk as a good buy in price,performance and responsive customer service. see less

I purchased this to replace our Cuisinart drip coffee maker after my husband complained he liked hotter coffee. I carefully compared this one against the Faberware one which was twice the price. I couldn't believe that the West Bend was so much better. First, the West Bend has a water window so you can clearly see how much water you have added by cups and also the holder for the coffee is clearly marked as to how much to add for the number of desired cups. I held the Faberware and it seemed to be much thinner metal with no advantages over the West Bend at all. The West Bend works well, quick to perk, good tasting coffee, great price at Target. see less

I had looked everywhere for a teapot with a removeable infuser for loose tea when I found this one on the Target website. I received it yesterday and IMMEDIATELY washed and used it! It is a perfect size, it holds 4 to 5 cups, and it's cute. Great value for a terrific product. The only thing that could make this product better would be if it were carried in stock at Target locations instead of just online. see less

I really like this pot...BUT...one day as i picked it up full the handle came loose from the pot. the top of the handle just let go. it was still sitting on its towel thank goodness so the pot didnt break. glued the handle back on but it leaked when hot water was added. so sorry to loose my tea pot! see less
