A very dark brown, almost black. My only small complaint is that there are these little loop handles that stick out so you can pull the top up when you need to. they detract from the overall look. I suppose it would be too hard to get the lid off if they were not there. see less

Although it looked great at first.....loved the style...it didn't last but six months before the top of the faux leather separated and looked like trashy furniture. I was the only one that used it to prop my feet up while sitting on the couch..... No kids, no misuse...... If it had been made with better "fabric" I would still be in love with it! As it stands I will have to slip cover it if I intend to keep it. On a better note...I love the storage aspect and the style is very nice! see less

This arrived super fast! I've placed it at the foot of my bed for stashing shams and other layers of decorative bedding while I sleep. The optional shoe storage slots came out easily and store flat. Sturdy enough to use as extra seating in my studio - and as a launchpad for my 45-pound dog, who now uses it to jump onto the bed. see less

I bought two of these in store, which unfortunately was slightly more expensive than the online price, my only complaint! These are not a pure white color as my monitor is showing, they are an off white, or bone color. I don't see how someone can a product as horrible if it's just due to the color being unexpected. I have both side by side at the end of my bed to store pillows and what not in. Super functional and nice to look at. see less

I originally saw this at my local Target store at regular price and thought it was too pricey, then Bam! the following week it went on sale for 25 percent off. I had to have it My initial intention for this ottoman was for a seat by my bedroom window and some extra storage but instead I replaced my office chair that I used for my vanity table with this ottoman. The seat is comfortable to sit on. The tufted buttons look secure and do not bother me while sitting. The overall design is very cute. I love the golden little nail heads on the bottom trim which gives it character. I would like to add that the entire ottoman feels cushioned so that if I or anyone ever walks into it, it wouldn't hurt. The legs are absolutely adorable and the storage makes this such a great piece to add to a bedroom collection. I'm extremely happy with this ottoman and very satisfied with its quality. I bought this to use as a coffee table. I really love the storage and the design of this ottoman. But my major complaint is that you can see the glue on the lid to the wooden board. It's also bonded leather, which is going to show wear quickly. Even brand new, I can see a couple problem spots. And the espresso color is a little darker than pictured. Overall, for the price it is a pretty nice ottoman. see less

I received this quickly and am so happy with it. It's the perfect addition to my family room! I am not a fan of the leather handles that hang out when the hard tray is turned up but they are pictured and I knew they were there. The small cubes are smaller than I imagined and one of the feet was broken off when I opened it - they are cheap plastic and I imagine would break off if a heavier person sat on them but I am very happy with the look and quality overall, would recommend!! see less
