I bought this because I wasn't able to go out on my terrace for a couple months and wanted a can with a longer spout and more capacity. I was not disappointed, it easy to fill and carry and durable.
Had one for over 10 years in regular use in ME. Well balanced.
Carries and tips in use very well. Watering rose is brass and delivers water like a soft rain. Like anything plastic, don't leave in out sun or filled with water in freezing weather because it will crack and split. Attachment ends for the watering rose or watering spout eventually crack with repeated exchange of one for the other on the spout or on their storage points. These storage points are a good design feature, too. Either there isn't enough compliance in the plastic or it isn't thick enough to resist the pressure of friction fitting it onto the end of the spout. I've used cable ties cinched down to keep the friction fitment working and dabbed hot melt glue onto cable ties to prevent them from slipping off the green plastic. Unless they have addressed this problem, it will show up on any size of their plastic production, in my opinion.
I bought this thinking that it would be a nice decorative piece that I could also use to water the few plants that I have - however, it LEAKS all over the place. It's very pretty and I still love it as a decorative piece, but I wish I had known that it was otherwise useless before I purchased it!
