My daughter is 6 weeks old and has colic. This makes for extremely sleepless nights, not only for my husband and I, but for her as well. She responds well to hand-swaddling, but we could never get a good swaddle with her with blankets. She's 10 lbs and very strong and crafty. She would get out of every swaddle we put her in. We tried the swaddle sleepsacks, but she would overheat within minutes, even in just a diaper. Finally our family practice physician showed us a different swaddling technique that holds the hands more firmly in place. We knew none of our blankets were big enough to create such a swaddle, so we ran to Target to pick these up. They are perfect. They are lightweight so she doesn't overheat, but they are big enough to get a very good saddle. We've been using them for 3 days now and she has slept like an angel every night and has yet to escape. Overall a great purchase. see less

I got the organic cotton SwaddleMe as a shower gift, and we loved it. My baby was swaddled with it at night after we got home from the hospital, and she's basically slept through the night since birth! I liked it so much, I went to target and bought another one. I got the lady bug styled one, and I was greatly disappointed. It wasn't as soft or as stretchy as the organic cotton one, so it was much more difficult to use. The size small didn't fit as long as the organic cotton, either! I basically used the ladybug one once or twice when the organic one was in the wash. Once my little girl outgrew the small, we were pleased to get a medium SwaddleMe as a handme down. It's a plain cotton one, but it isn't organic. It's a bit nicer than the ladybug one, but not as nice as the organic cotton. Go with the organic one!! see less

OMG!! my husband and i are obsessed with this swaddleme. Our baby was a little monster when we first brought him home from the hospital- no sleeping, only crying. When we started swaddling him he wouldnt wake himself up from his startle reflex anymore and he started sleeping through the night by 6 weeks old. Seriously, a life-saver. Just dont swaddle your kids for too long, you dont want it to affect their ability to move around. We stopped at about 4-5 months. see less

These are perfect swaddling/receiving blankets. They are enormous, breathable, very easy to work with and it just contours around the baby's body. We also have the "Ultimate Organic Receiving Blanket" which we also like but Adam and Anais blankets are just more practical and something you would use day in, day out. Every time we wash them, they are good as new. The only thing I would like them to improve is the design and patterns and of course we would like them to be a bit more cheaper. Thank you. see less

i love these blankets so much i wish they had them for adults because i would by like 10 of them! this is so essential to me and i use it for so many things. i always say that the only things i need are diapers wipes and one of these blankets. i first stumbled upon these with my first child who is 2 and loved them and i just had my second and he is a blankey baby. already at 3months he is so attached to these. he just snuggles it up to his face and goes to sleep. i use these for a breastfeeding cover up, swaddling, stroller cover, so many things its ridiculous, for friends recent baby shower i got her these cuz i thought of the 1 thing i couldnt live without with both of my boys and that i used on a DAILY basis. anyways just get them you'll love them! also i live in florida and they are amazing in both summer and winter see less

I absolutely loved this set the first time I saw it. And I searched for weeks never finding a set I liked as much, excepting a few with price tags over [$]! So I ordered it even tho I was hesitant not having seen it up close. It arrived yesterday, and while I do still love it and intend to keep it, I was disappointed to find the color is much different then the pictures. Online, to me, it looked to have a lot of lavender in it. There is zero lavender or purple shades at all. What looks lavender in pictures is pink up close. But it is still lovely. Also, its obvious its not high quality. A little of the sewing lines seem off, and the fabric isn't super soft. But again, not terrible. For the price you'd be hard pressed to find anything similar. I also ordered the bumper tho I know you shouldn't use one till baby can lift her head etc. But it was too cute to pass on! Overall Im pleased! see less

I loved this when it arrived, its beautiful and perfect for the county cottage look, the colors are vibrant and pretty. The only thing I would complain about is the quilt, its not very thick, you will need to buy an additional blanket to keep your baby warm at night, which is a bummer because the less you have in a crib the less dangerous it is for baby. I originally saw this set online and fell in love with it. I had been searching for bedding for a long time and had been to many stores and web sites, but just couldn't find anything I loved. I found this set and fell in love with the colors and theme but was just a bit concerned about the quality, where the price was so great. I decided I should go to the store and FEEL it to make sure it met my standards. To my surprise the set was really nice, and I bought it! The quilt was very soft, the fitted sheet was nice too although not as soft as the quilt, I wasn't concerned about the sheet since I knew it would soften with washing. Overall I am just thrilled with this set and would recommend it to anyone, I even saved an extra 5 percent off with my Target Red card! see less

I went over and over different options for my little daughter's room. We went for a soft, bright, vintage look for her nursery and finally decided on this set. The price is great. I would wish for another piece or two for the price but it's still a good value. The bumper ties have torn a little in one or two places but I think that's b/c of rough handling on our part. That can happen with really expensive bumpers as well. The quilt is just beautiful. The colors work well with other crib sheets too. We've been able to put together an entire room of soft, vintage colors like dove gray, silvery-blue, etc. I would highly, highly recommend this set. see less

I did not like the kind with velcro as they seemed to hard and would not move with my daughter. It's funny when you read message boards & parent's are complaining about the new "rules" of not having a bumper pad when their baby's feet are dangling through the crib bars. The question was asked on how to remedy this & everyone had the same answer - buy the breathable bumper at Target! Once you get it on, it's nice - it's the getting in attached part that isn't easy, but it really didn't take long. My baby can see through it, breathe through it, but can't poke her arms & legs through it. It's win-win! see less

This is the first toddler bedding set I bought from Target, and I was honestly not expecting much quality for the price. But my daughter chose this one for her "big girl bed", and I gave in. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. We've had this set for a few months now, and it has held up well. The sheets are softer than I expected, and have not developed pills after several washes. Just like the other reviews, I found that the sheet I received had a light aqua blue background with green vines but it does also have the same animals. The white sheet that is pictured comes with the 3 piece crib bedding set - we ordered this as well - so we now have 2 different sheets. The blue sheet is still cute and coordinates with the bedding set - especially the crib bumper - but be aware when ordering this item that you will not get what is pictured. You'd think Target would just change the picture to the correct item but until then, at least you've been warned. see less

I got this to match the bumper and when it arrived it had a BLUE background, not white as is pictured online in a couple different places. I came back to the site to double check and sure enough the picture has it as a white sheet with print on it, but what was sent to me was a blue sheet with print on it. In my case, this isn't a big deal because it's for our crib at the lakehouse, but you should be aware because I was kind of annoyed that it wasn't what I thought it would be. I double-checked the sticker on the packaging and indeed I was shipped the correct item, but the picture online does not depict it as the right color. So weird! We were gifted this blanket at our shower and it is our baby's favorite, so I bought three more! As others say it is very soft and a great weight, but not cotton. What I can say, the three in rotation all have loads of strings coming off them after having them just 3 months and likely being washed every other week each. One day there was a large loop of string coming off that our son very easily could have gotten his head stuck in, so I had to sew it back in! However, this is his favorite so I allow him to use it and just highly supervise him and check the blankets before giving it to him each time. One of the three blankets in rotation also has the entire border edge coming off it already and I will have to sew it back on. Thus, the quality is poor. I should add I wash it on a delicate/gentle cycle with his clothing through the wash in our high end Maytag Bravos XL machines so we are not roughing these up. see less

I did some research before purchasing these. When you see two items listed with the same picture but different names, that should throw up a red flag. This is the Pink Moochy Stars version, which has pink and gray tiny stars... much cuter, in my opinion, than the butterflies on the Sonia version. These have held up really well over time and my daughter loves them. I love the fact that these are A&A so they're breathable muslin fabric and she can sleep with them without me worrying about her pulling it over her face while she sleeps. She loves to rub the satin fabric edging over her cheeks and face while falling asleep... so sweet. These come in a two-pack which is great, if one falls on the ground/gets dirty/is in the laundry, I have a spare for her! I plan on getting another set as back-up, just in case. I am very happy with these sheets. After 2 years of use the elastic is still strong and the sheets stay put. Because of the strong elastic they are a bit tricky to put on the mattress but it's worth it knowing they will not pull off easily with a wriggly child in the bed. Another bonus is that they do not attract pet hair. We have other sheets by Circo and although our cats stay out of the bed those sheets are always covered in hair! My only issue is that these sheets only come in pink, blue, and white. see less
