I bought this quiche pan at my local store. It is 2-piece, and the two pieces don't fit tightly!! After I put the quiche in the oven I smelled something burning, only to find most of the liquid had leaked out! So I took it out, cleaned up, dumped the quiche back into the mixing bowl, cleaned the pan, positioned the removable piece a different way, in other words, turned it upside down or right side up, who knows because there are no directions, added more egg and butter, and returned to the oven. Again, it leaked!! Do yourself a favor and buy a 1 piece ceramic type quiche pan. This one is not worth it! I had over 15 dollars worth of high quality ingredients ruined! Luckily I have a pyrex casserole dish that I could transfer this into, but I can't turn the oven on again because I have to scrub burned egg off the enamel. BOTTOM LINE DON'T BUY THIS QUICHE PAN!! I'll be returning it to my local Target tomorrow.
