I purchased this cart for about [$] after discounts and I could not be happier with my purchase! Set up took a little bit of time and patience...lots of pieces but just follow the directions throroughly, make sure you're using the right hardware and pieces are facing the correct way. All you need is a screwdriver, allen wrench is included. Wood is stained a nice color and granite top is a legit nice piece of granite, very heavy. It is only held onto the cart by two wooden pins so I plan on gluing it down. I'm also going to put a coat of polyurethane all over the wood, just to give it a sealcoat to prevent any future scratches. Castor wheels effortlessly snap in, but make sure you have the 2 locking ones on the front of the cart, unless you want them positioned differently. This cart adds a nice look to my place and I could not be happier!!!
I'm opening a fast food Russian blini restaurant in NYC, and wanted to maximize counterspace. I LOVE THIS CART! It's so elegant, and the granite is food-safe per the sticker from the manufacturer. It's so handsome!
Although [...] restaurant operations are currently on hold since I'm working on the business plan, this cart keeps my restaurant business items in order until the pop-up restaurant at [...] commences.
Purchased six of these units as they looked good and could be combined to create a usable sized storage. They assembled readily enough - about 10 minutes per unit once you got the system down.
However, several of the cradles that hold the wine bottles came apart - three during assembly, one after the bottles were in place.
It was a hassle to prepare and glue them back together, but probably easier than dealing with Target to return them as they would want the whole wine rack. Best to check the cradles before you install them as you might lose a few bottles of wine.
This is a nice looking, reasonably sized wine rack for someone who doesn't collect a lot of wines. And the modular nature makes it easy to expand when needed. However, the dowels of the shelves meant to hold the wine bottles were not glued into the side supports, making the shelves a little flimsy.
