I have been using this for at least 4 months. I am transitioning from permed to natural. It has been very frustrating and I've become a product junky! I have spent far more TIME and MONEY on my hair and on products than ever before. However, I LOVE THIS! it smells so good. It also leaves my hair feeling very soft and manageable. I also use the deep treatment masque as a deep conditioner. Once I wash that off, I use this product and a leave in. I particularly like it when I wash and set my hair which I used to do weekly but now only do no sooner than once per month. It leaves my hair feeling soft and bouncy and over all good! see less

I love this product! I'm looking at the entire SheaMoisture product line because I love this product so much. I purchased the Restorative Conditioner some time ago and then forgot about it. In Jan. 2013, I decided to transition from permed hair to natural hair. So I did some reading and the ingredients in the Restorative Conditioner caught my attention. I used the Restorative Conditioner as a leave in daily moisturizer at night. I sectioned my hair and applied a small amount from roots to tips. My hair was immediately moisturized and easier to manage. I braided my hair and used soft curlers on the ends. The results were beautiful! My hair has shine and it's moisturized and it looks that way. I have noticed no breakage although I am told my permed hair will start breaking. I have been using this product for a month now and I am interested to try other SheaMoisture products. In the meantime, I am loving my shiny textured hair more than I thought I would. see less

I used this product when on vacation in the Dominican Republic. I am moderally fair skinned and applied it liberally all over my body (except for my face) before I went out in the morning. I never got burned and my skin did not look or feel greasy. Plus it didn't have any offensive fragrance. I swam in the ocean and the pool a couple of times during the day and did not reapply the product. I never burned. I'd say it works pretty darn well! Would I buy it again....absolutely, even though it's quite expensive. see less

I have 3C low porosity hair. My hair is very fine and frizz is always an issue! I love this product! Smell is a huge factor for me because I'm sensitive to overpowering smells. This product does not have an overpowering smell. Keeps frizz in check and keeps my curls looking lovey. After I co-wash I use this as my styler with nothing else. I think I am in trouble. I was in desperate need of a leave in conditioner last night on the way home and I did not want to go far to buy what I normally use. I stopped at my local beauty supply store and picked this up. OMG I am in love with this product after one use and I will continue to buy this as long as they make it. The smell is very pleasant not over powering with lots of fruity fragrances. The consistency is not too thick or loose, it is just right. I have very thick hair, little to no curl definition, kinky or whatever you call it. The directions states for this hair type apply a generous amount, but I focused mainly on my ends and did not use much. This product untangled those knots with ease. I love it and I can't wait to use it on my daughter's hair which is thicker than my hair. I have used a lot of detanglers and I think I finally found what works for me. see less

I love the Baby Aveeno 55 Sunblock Lotion 4Oz. (112 g). I have been using it for the past 5 years and never had a problem. Both of my daughters have eczema and this product has never irritated their skin. It goes on just as great as the Aveeno Baby Cream 8OZ. (227 g). I bought this product as a replacement for the Coppertone baby sun screen lotion. The Coppertone brand gave my baby a rash. In southern California a good screen lotion is a must for a baby. My uncle recommended Aveeno since he has sensitive skin, he said this is the only brand he can use that won’t cause any irritation. I went to Knott’s Berry Farm and tried it out, it was Great! My baby was protected all day and no rash was resulted from the sun screen lotion. I would highly recommend this product to new mommies and existing ones. see less

I don't think I'll get another spray tan after using these wipes. At a bachelorette party recently, a couple of the girls, and the bride to be, brought these along. I was very intrigued and decided to try them for an event because I didn't have time to go to the tanning salon. The results were awesome. The only place I had streaking was on my neck...I have the same problem with spray tans though. Overall I felt I had more control then when I get a spray tan and it was a heeeeeck of a lot cheaper. Plus, at least 3 people asked me if I'd been spending time out in the sun and complimented my color -- bonus points for a natural and noticeable glow. Love this product. see less

I have spent twice as much on Tan Towel for 3 years. I ran out before a wedding and didn't have time to wait for shipping. I went to CVS to find a last-minute replacement in the form of a lotion. I was surprised to see that L'Oreal had self-tanner in a wipe form like Tan Towel. I am so pleased with L'Oreal that I will never spend twice as much on Tan Towel again. The smell is less with these and I think the color is more natural. The color also lasts longer- and better yet- you get 6 wipes per box with these as compared to 5 with the Tan Towel full body wipes. Thank you, L'Oreal- these are awesome! I never need to try to get a real tan when I can use these and stay out of the sun. see less

I do not have thin/fine hair, I have natural 4b/c hair, but the mist really makes my hair so soft and it really smell so good. My biggest gripe with sunscreen is the greasy formulas. I love Coppertone Sport and [...] for this reason. They are the only sunscreens that I've found that are non-greasy, and I've lived in FL for 14 years and have tried every kind of sunscreen out there. I have used kid sunblocks on my son for years and finally switched him to this sport formula. No more greasy mess! I'm not sure about the negative reviews about this product turning your clothes yellow. I've been using it for years and I've never had a problem with yellowing swim suits, etc. I would recommend this sunscreen to anyone who dislikes greasy formulas. see less

I use your Coopertone products extensively as does my entire family. Your products are excellent when you can successfully extract the product from your spray cans. I currently have 3 Coopertone spray cans which I estimate are 70% full however the spray cans do not operate properly or at all thereby prohibiting your ability to access the sunscreen. It is extremely annoying to arrive at the beach with your product only to realize you cannot use it due to a dispensing malfunction with your spray cans. I am aware that your cans have a locking system and I assure you I positioned the valve in the correct spray location. I have reverted to purchasing your sunscreen in a lotion squeeze bottle but the kids prefer the spray as it is easier to apply that is when the spray cans operates properly. see less

This was a very clean feel, NON grease, at the end of the day, I don't feel grimy. I loved it. I use it most when riding motorcycles. One hundred degree days don't faze me. Two issues: Sweat getting into my eyes! I need to keep it away from my eyebrows and the corner of the eyes. Secondly, would love to have a little stronger SPF rating! Maybe 45! I don't use any other products with this gel. It's a leave-in, sealant, and styler all in one. Not only that, but a little of this product goes a long way. 3. To finish, I use my hard bonnet dryer until it's 85 percent dry, style and allow my hair to finish air drying. OR I can allow it to air dry only then style. Either way, I get the same results. 4. Ladies, if your hair is gooey after using this product then you are not using this product correctly. I have thick afro hair and this product works great for moisturizing, which is necessary to get curl definition. First I mist my hair and then mix a dime sized amount of this product with a sufficient amount of the Shea Moisture Curl Milk. I then rub this through my misted hair very well and use my fingers to shape my hair into the desired style. It instantly moisturizes and defines curls. When products are very concentrated as this one, you only use a dime sized amount. Try this technique and see how well you like it!!! see less

I bought this product with skepticism, but after the first use, I'm loving it. My hair is 4c, very coily, and it shrinks a lot after shampooing. I wasn't expecting this to work for my hair, but this product is perfect for my hair because it moisturizes and gives a lot of shine and great curls. I am about as white as they come but I have that Scottish/Irish extremely fine 3b/corkscrew type curly hair which soaks up moisture like a sponge. I am now on my second tub of this after trying it on a whim to use as a once-a-week treatment. I love it so much, I actually started using it as my regular conditioner. A little goes a long way! I like to leave this on for about 5 minutes while still in the shower and then rinsing it but leaving some in. I live in Colorado, which is very dry, and have been suffering from an extremely dry itchy scalp this winter. The use of this after a salicylic acid based shampoo has mostly alleviated my symptoms. I usually wash/condition with this every other day and wear second day hair in between. If I wash two days in a row, I'll use a conditioner more suitable for daily use on the second day. see less

I was attracted by the price, the all-natural ingredients, and the fact that it's cruelty-free. I first used it as a deep conditioner, and I was very disappointed. I felt like it did absolutely nothing for my hair. Later I heard that this product can also be left in the hair and used a moisturizer. Sure enough, the directions say "Leave on hair for 5-30 minutes, then thoroughly rinse, or leave in hair and use as a frizz-free moisturizing styling cream." I tried it. Nothing had been able to moisturize my dry, brittle, and damaged transitioning hair before this. My hair was super soft, supple, and it held on to that moisture for DAYS before I had to apply more. I am so thankful that I found this product. I have been using it during the warm seasons over the past three years. I am a fair skinned red head and this tanner still looks completely natural! Aside from the natural, consistant color, it is also a fantastic moisturizer that has noticably improved the condition of my skin. It works better than my much pricier skin care products. I usually just put some on after I shower, and it gives me a great glow, even when I haven't spent much time in the sun in months. The only precautions I'd take when using this product is to be sure to evenly spread it on the area you want to be tanner, because it will leave lines. This elixir is a very oily oil blend...ha! I mean, I like this, but I can see thicker, damaged hair soaking in this elixir and falling in love. It can overwhelm my fine, undamaged strands. I must take care not to use too much. I literally only need a teensy, baby spray on each section of my hair to achieve maximum sealing effects with shine and gloss for days. Naturally, I balked at the price for such a small container, but considering the potency of the elixir, a little goes a long way and the container will last a very long time. Additionally, when using this, I use half as much leave-in and only a fraction of a styler, if I use a styler, at all. It's worth the money. Now, the scent...eh. It's the basic shea scent. This is great for smoothing edges and also can be used to define curls. If using to define curls, i suggest that you apply it while your hair is dry or barely damp. I rub it into my hands until it almost feels like its melting and then apply it to my hair. I find that this prevents me from using too much. if you apply too much your hair will be very sticky and have build up. If i combine this with a leave in moisturizer , I don't have to do anything but spray a little water on in the morning to refresh for about a week. I have even been able go without refreshing with water. This one is a keeper. see less

First of all it wasnt on clearance even when they had many of the same shade along with others. I apply about 1 T. to wet-not damp-hair, diffuse upside-down while scrunching until my hair is slightly damp and a bit "sticky". Then I let it air-dry and style. "Has Target lost their mind!? Miss Jessie is out of her's for charging that much..." and blah blah blah. A few weeks later I needed a tex-lax and did not follow my usual routine which is at least 2 weeks before hand I give myself a protein treatment. I also was not moisturizing as I should and suffered a lot of shedding afterward. Well I ran straight to Target in desperation because my usual Mixed Chicks DC and other moiturizing products were not doing the trick. My hair was DAS!! (dry as sh*t) and shedding profusely. Out of pure panic and desperation I purchased the 48 dollar jar of Miss Jessies Super Sweetback Treatment ( the16oz jar. ) At that point they probably could have gotten 100 dollars out of me! I was desperate!Well I must say Im loving it!! It smells like a piece of Bazooka bubble gum and it leaves my hair bouncy and makes my curls behave. This stuff is great!! I'm as fair as you can be, and not mixed at all but this product works wooooonders for me, My hair is BIG,FRIZZY and CURLY. But this product makes it only the last. I agree with another review, it's best to only use after you shower as it will make your hair greasy if you build it up. It also works miracles to put liberal amounts in if you're planning to straighten the [heck] out of your hair (which I occasionally do.) But 99% of the time I'm wearing my hair natural! I put a quarter sized amount in (added with a teensy bit of frizz serum) and I get those big, nicely defined curls I always wanted. I have 3c curls but I got some SERIOUS body in my hair and lots of damage and this is the only product I've used that works-that works WELL. I am susceptible to chapped lips, so a word of warning-this will put extra color in the flaky chapped skin- but the creamy texture didn't exacerbate the symptoms. I am very fair-skinned, and I am comfortable with statement red lipstick, so I wasn't afraid of the deep pop of color within this lipstick. However, the lipstick is saturated with color, so it's not exactly a "layering" lipstick. You need to commit to the shade. see less
