I bought this because it was inexpensive, and it's just fine for my needs. As a matter of fact, it feels heavenly at night when I get under the warm covers! It's not super high-quality and the fabric sheds a bit, but in between my sheet and top blanket, it works perfectly. see less

My wife had lost some weight and she complained of being cold a lot. I do not like having a lot of weight on me. This blanket solved a need. Ours worked for two years and then failed. I contacted the company and they were great. First they will send out new controllers. If that does not fix the problem then I can pay to send everything back and get a new blanket and the warranty starts over. 5 Year warranty. You might have to be patient with this but this company. They are a small company, but they will stand behind this product. I appreciate their integrity. see less

I was initially hesitant to consider this blanket given the poor reviews, but I have had no problems with this blanket. I hope that others who purchase this realize that there is a 10-hour timer on the blanket and then it automatically shuts off. So that is why some people may be complaining that it worked and then it didn't -- even though the light on the control may be on, the timer will shut off the heating function. Just turn the switch off and on again to get the heat to restart. I bought a twin size to put on my full size bed and it's large enough to cover the entire top of the bed. Not only do I love it, but my two cats love it, too. see less
