I received the Dazzling Princess Game from Wonder Forge. Opinions are my own You pick a card, guess which princess the picture is associated with then use the red heart gem to reveal the answer and how many jewels you earn for that card. You then put your jewels onto your tiara, bracelet, or ring. First person to complete all three items wins the game. My daughter loved putting her jewels and this is a great activity for fine motor practice! And the pictures are not all that obvious some are of course, yet she seemed to get almost all of them with no problem. She also really enjoyed the changes to "act" out the different princess. My only complaint is that reading the card using the red heart gem can be kind of tricky, especially if you are playing in low light. But the concept is really neat and after the first game my daughter was able to use the gem to check her answers. see less

We bought it today and she hasn't wanted to play with anything else all day long. She found it very entertaining. We played by the rules a couple of times, but she preferred to use the recipe cards without the timer/rules to make the cupcakes or just to make the different cupcakes by herself. She ended up putting on her princess dress and had a tea-party with the cupcakes she made. Well worth the money and good fun even if you don't play by the rules see less

This kept my 3 year old occupied for 12 days of power outage during Sandy! Of course we did not exactly play by the rules.. we just put cupcakes together using the cards. Sometimes we design our own cupcakes. The topper pieces are tiny so be careful! We usually dump all the pieces in the box lid, and then put our finished cupcakes in the bottom. see less

My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves this easy game. Players race around the board to be the first to the party. Each corner of the game has game pieces cupcake wrappers, cupcake inserts, frosting toppers and sprinkles game pawns are party hats. The party center is awaiting the winner to put their cherry on top of their cupcake. Educational as children need to move the amount of squares they spin plus when landing on plus or minus squares children count sprinkles for their cupcakes or take them away. They learn colors as the board has color squares and this will be the color sprinkles they retrieve. There are lose turn spaces as well so children learn patience when they are skipped. Imagination runs wild when they land at the corners and children can pretend they are mixing up their cupcake batter, placing in the oven, frosting their cupcake plus they can decorate when they get to the sprinkle topping corner. see less

My daughter got this game for her 4th birthday and she loves it! I love it too because it reinforces all the things she needs to do before going to bed! It involves acting out putting on p.j.'s, brushing your teeth, etc.. My daughter loves to be very dramatic with her acting! It is also exciting to watch if the bed will pop up and see if your monkeys will stay in bed! We love to play games, but this is our favorite! see less

My 4 boys have enjoyed this game. It was easy to set up and play started immediately. The joker has his own spinner while the Super Friends share a spinner. The joker can send a ball rolling down the game board and knock over other players which brings laughter along with the groan of whoever was knocked down. The goal is to get all the Super Friends to the Capture space before Joker makes it to the get away hatch. This game is terrible! The sling shot that comes with it is too weak and inaccurate. Setting up the board will want to make you pull your own hair out. You'll want to quit 2 minutes after starting and go play the PC or iPhone versions, but your kid won't! Save yourselves! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! see less

I'm not going to lie...this is fun game! My daughter is 4 and can set the whole thing up herself - which is great because she asks to play often. I'm always game. It's simple, sweet and always fun. We make sure to split up the 'high value' characters so no one person gets all points! My 7 year-old son actually likes this game too. It's a fun game of chance...what's not to love?! see less

I wish the cards were bigger and not so slippery is my ONLY complaint about this game. This game is cute, easy to understand, and my girls, ages 5 and 4, absolutely love it. They dont necessarily think of the strategy that could be involved when passing cards, but who cares? The music and dancing pieces are what they are most interested in, and watching them giggle with excitement after pushing the dance floor button is a memory to hold for a long time. I know its just a game but I really do get sentimental about it. Its also such a fast game that we can easily play through it at least once while dinner is cooking or before bedtime a great for busy moms and dads that still want to get some family time in even if there isnt much time for it. I guess I do have one other complaint now that I think about it. I cant figure out how to get my girls to stop asking to play it when I really dont have the 10 minutes before heading out the door to get to work. see less

I got this game on sale and because my niece is a HUGE cat in the hat fan. this is definitely not your traditional candyland board game. It is so much more fun! You draw three cards and then do all these crazy challenges with the foam limbo like bar and objects from the book. they even had the little boat and toy man from the book. very cute! Everyone was dying with laughter when I had to slide under the limbo bar with the boat on my tummy. oh right and my niece loved it too! see less

My 3 year old got this game for Christmas, and he absolutely loves it!!! It is such a wonderful game. He plays it all the time. I love it too, because you really don't have to keep score. My son just plays it without worrying about who wins. The whole concept of the game is learning about all the things you can do. An added plus is that you can play a game quickly so it's great for little ones w/ short attention spans! My 3 year old daughter loves this game. She received it on her 3rd birthday and we're having a blast playing it. It's really easy to play a few rounds of this game in 15-20 minutes... so Daddy and I feel like we can always say yes to this game. And, my husband and I have a fun time zinging each other with skunks! When we draw additional animals from the barn with our eyes closed (so nobody is cheating by selecting the color or animal they want). We did try shaking animals out the barn door -- but it didn't work very often.This is the first "real" game we've ever played with our daughter and we couldn't be happier. This is a fantastic game for toddlers. At 18 months my daughter didn't show much interest in it, but now at 2yrs old she LOVES it. You roll the plush color cube and pick a card for that color. Each card has a simple task to perform, like- blow a kiss, roar like a lion, make a silly face, find something blue, etc. There is no winner or loser... it's just a really fun way play and learn with your kids. The only negative is that the cards can get pretty beat up by the little ones. My two year old is certainly not gentle with them, and they are bending some now. I guess there may be nothing to be done for that... but still, I wish they were a little more sturdy. And the game seems a bit expensive for what it is. I wish the price was more around [$]. BUT, the little ones love it and we play with ours daily... so I guess it's all worth it. Great to give as a gift b/c most people do not already have it! see less

Your pirate skills are put to the test when you have to slither under the vines with the sword between your knees and other fun challenges. We like that the challenges are always different because you pick up 1 red and 1 blue tile so you never know what silly thing you'll be doing next. I bought this game for my son for Christmas since it's similar to the Hungy Hungry Hippos game I played as a child. It's cute, but there are several quality issues... The game pieces need to be assembled and disassembled with each use and it's difficult to separate to get it back in the box, the levers on the animals get stuck mid-play, the dish to hold the marbles underneath the game board do not hold ALL the marbles that came with the game, and 3 of the 4 trenches that hold the marbles before they're popped into the game area only hold 5 of the 6 marbles of each color...interestingly enough the ad shows 5 marbles in each trench so maybe there is a spare in case one is lost? I'm not certain if this is a quality issue with the one I bought or more widespread. My son loves the game, but I will either be bringing the game back to Target or calling the Manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement. see less
