I got this pillow when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I like to sleep on both sides at night to relieve pressure on my shoulders. I was constantly waking my husband up tossing around and having to reposition my pillows. I have existing neck and back problems and I wake up feeling well rested and without pain. I am 5'11 and I love the length of this pillow. It works perfect for my natural side sleeping position. It is so comfy and while it is large, my husband and two dogs still have plenty of room on our King size bed. I have also laid on my back with this pillow and I feel I have adequate support. I will be buying this pillow for a friend of mine that just found out she is pregnant as well. see less

My husband got me this as a Mother's Day present this year, and I was 5 months pregnant at the time with our third child - due in 4 days! With each pregnancy, I've had increasing sciatic nerve/back pain and problems, and this was literally the ONLY reason I was still able to sleep well. The only con I could possibly think of - and really, it was more of a con to my poor husband - is that it's quite large, and you won't want to share it! Seriously one of the best investments you could make when pregnant and/or dealing with back/hip/leg pain. I love this thing and will never part with it! see less

The very best thing about this pillow is the fact that in bed, you can wrap the closed end around your belly and cross the "legs" around and up your back. It makes a boopy pillow with back support. Do they even realize the portential of this thing. It's awesome. Does exactly what it's supposed to. see less
