My son is one years old. My good friend bought these for hi for Christmas this year 2012. He picks them up and some rattles and a bell rings within. The best part is clicking noise as you pull back on the car, and when it takes off it makes such a cute sound! I have spent today writing five reviews for B toy products. Most of his toys came from over the holiday and previous personal purchases. I buy for my children and I gift them as well. I highly reccommmend all B toys to anyone looking to buy gifts or add that extra special surprise to a regular day. This is a wonderful product and my six year old plays with it! see less

These are the best cars for a baby through toddler. Even at 9 mos old my grandson could pull back on them and make them zoom. It's great to have something so easy to operate and that doesn't need batteries. Of all his cars, these are his favorite. They are quality made, and perfect for baby's first cars or for older toddler. When you see these in the store, you can't tell from the packaging how easily they zoom by just pulling back on the cars on the floor. Others reviews online convinced me to buy them and they were right. see less

We received two of these for Christmas. Everyone in the family was fighting over who gets to play with it. It is easy for my son to play with. He is nearly two. And easy for dad, grandma and big sister to play with too! It works well on our carpets. No issues. I highly recommend this. see less

My 3 year old son was so excited to get the Steam and Speed Thomas. It is a must have for your little Thomas fan! It is easy for little hands to control and seems like a sturdy toy that will last a long time. The steam feature isn't my sons favorite feature he just loves to drive the train all over the house. We bought this for my son's first birthday. It was very easy to put together- even with the help of my 3 year old! The only thing that would make it neater would be an elevator for the cars to get to the top! Both boys have had a blast playing with it. My 3 year old's HotWheels even work on it...and go faster than the Wheelies. We have several Wheelie cars and products...and love them all! What a great product! This toy was sold out nearly everywhere when I finally found it at Mattel.com. I purchased it for my son who is 21 months old. He loves watching the cars slide down the spiral slide and laughs everytime one of the cars shoots off the end of the loopy ramp. He also loves moving the flags from spot to spot on the ramp and top. We purchased two other remote control vehicles for our two and a half year old grandson. Neither worked well at all. the Kid Galaxy is definitely a good one for this age range. It is easy for him to use, soft so it does not damage walls and furniture, and just fun to use. We did disable the siren as it was pretty piercing. We did find other electronics, like baby monitors, will interfere with the signal. We just turn them off for awhile or use it outside. He LOVES playing with it. I actually bought this truck at a teacher supply store for about the same price listed here. I didn't know anything about it before I bought it (usually I do thorough research on a toy before I buy it) and I have to say I was very impressed with it--my two year old has no problem using it and it has no problems going over carpeted areas. I use rechargable batteries in it, and have had to recharge them once in the last month with moderate use. Great first RC truck--recommended! see less

This is my 17 month old nephew's favorite toy. He loves it and takes it everywhere he goes. This is the second one I've purchased for him as he pretty much destroyed the first one (no problem). My only complaint on this particular model is that it does not come with the siren noises that the previous model made. It would have received 5 stars otherwise. see less

Our son received this when he was 8 months old-6 months adjusted for prematurity-and has loved this toy since day one. Now that he's on the move and his coordination is even better, he loves to push the train around and spin the top of the train. Every time the "riding on the train" song comes on, he begins dancing...he just loves it. As a parent, the songs can get a tad annoying, overall we enjoy it as well. We like that there is the music and the alphabet setting and that the train goes all the way through the alphabet one letter at a time as well as through the ABC song. This is one of our guy's clear favorites and well worth the -modest- price tag from our experience. see less

My son got this for his first birthday and he really likes songs and lights. It sings the ABC's when you move the wheel on top. It's easy for him to operate...he just presses on the green horn button and the toy activates. When he pushes the toy it'll either sing a song or go "chugga chugga...choo choo". I like that it has two modes, learning and singing mode. Learning will do the alphabet with examples and singing, well, it sings! Simple toy but one of his favorites. see less

I wanted to get a few things for my 6 month old to make my 5 year old feel like they could "play together" - he's obsessed with superheroes, so I was thrilled to see this toy! My daughter can sit and play "super guys" with my son, and they get a huge kick out of each other. My daughter figured out the sound trigger quite quickly, and loves making Wonder Woman talk. I also didn't have any issues with the paint coming off. All in all, a fun way to include little siblings in playtime. see less

My daughter has a big brother and she loves playing cars/trucks/planes with him so it was a no-brainer to get this for her. She acts like Wonder Woman is flying through the air and she has many other Little People playsets, so she can change out the characters she wants to play with and sometimes we find Wonder Woman working on the Little People farm, how fun is that?! see less

I have many different little people, this is the only one I had a problem with. Wonder woman's headband and belt has paint or ink that automatically rubs off onto your hands as soon as you touch it, it's the only area where there is a problem, I washed the toy under the sink with soap and water, it's the metallic part of the figure, which could be very dangerous for little ones since they put everything in their mouths. This particular figure should probably be recalled, and fix the paint problem. see less

My 22-month old boy loves this toy! We bought it before we went on a two week camping trip. We took it with us and he played with it at every campsite. I take it with me to the pool and he plays with it while his brothers have swim team practice. We take it to the doctors office and when his brothers get tutored. It's great. I really like that there is a garage at the bottom to store the cars. They stay inside while we are carrying it. It never comes unfolded while we are carrying it from place to place. My son loves that its Cars. it came with Lightening McQueen and Francesco. We added Finn McMissle and Mater. They all fit in the garage together. We originally bought the Little People® Wheelies™ Play 'n Go Construction Site. This toy is better because it stays together during transport and its easier for little ones to set up. My two year old son has recently come to love Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends and purchased the Thomas wooden train along with the Circo wooden figure 8 track for his second birthday. The two most important things Thomas needed to do was run on this Circo track and fit under the mountain tunnel. Both were an affirmative! Thomas fits through the tunnel almost as if it was designed for him. We now have an enthralled two year old who only become frustrated when his 9 month old sister so innocently derails his train... see less

We purchased this car for you 2 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. It does use up batteries pretty quick so you will want to use re-chargeable batteries It does very well on carpet and has held up very well over the last few months. My son is learning that you only need to push one button at a time. We all have fun with this little car. see less

We looked at many remote control cars for our 4 year old. We even tried several of them out. This Johnny Coupe was just what we were looking for. The buttons are very easy to use and control, much easier than the traditional joystick type controls. It also moves at a pretty quick speed (not too fast like many others, and not super slow like beginner RCs). It drives well on carpet and has a small turning radius which allows for you to drive around obstacles easily. We love that the control stores in the top of the car and it is very durable. Would highly recommend this toy! see less

I bought the Chicco Carolina radio-control car for my neice as a Christmas gift. She is three years old and absolutely loves cars. She was thrilled that she was able to put her little doll in the front seat and make the car go in all directions. It didn't take her long to figure out to manipulate the controls to get it to go where she wanted it to. I was surprised by its speed and the fact that it traveled over carpeted floors, which many do not. For the price this was the perfect gift as a first radio controled car. We both love it! see less

Our 3 year old has owned this car for 2 years, and she loves it. There is nothing tenuously true about having to stay on top of it for it to go. It has fallen down a flight of stairs and keeps going without an issue. Plus, it goes from carpet to ceramic tile to hardwood floors without stalling. Excellent Value and a Great starter train set. Large enough for the little ones to not break yet light enough to hold. Train has 3 speeds forward and backward. I use mine with a rechargeable 9.6 battery pack from Radio Shack. Works Awesome and I have a spare that charges while using the other. No issues with fitting the battery pack in the Coal car slot. Simple setup and runs fine at all three speeds. Definitely would recommend this item. see less
