I purchased this set of knives because we had not yet received the block set that we registered for, and we just needed something cheap to get us by. I am extremely surprised by these knives. I know that Henckels is a great name, but I did not expect such great knives for the price. Now we have our knife set, and these fit right in the wooden block. You would never know that they were so inexpensive and from Target! I have been using them for about 6 months now. I hand wash them, and I have not had a single problem. see less

This knives are amazing! They cut through everything really easily and stay really nice and sharp and they're very easy to store in my drawer with the blade covers. I bought these as a replacement for another Kitchenaid set I had and I always found when I was digging around in my drawer to find them I'd be afraid of cutting myself but the covers are the perfect solution and they're even easy to rinse out and clean when I'm washing the knives. I've actually had a couple friends go out and buy these after trying them out at my place and everyone seems to love them. see less

I wish they would have put the size of the knives on the description as they are smaller than expected. They are good quality knives and they cut very well, but they are only 3" & 4" blades. The dimensions given on the online description is for the overall length, but most knife sizes are given based on blade length. I like the fact that they come with covers for protection. And as I have said they are good quality knives that do a good job. Just a bit smaller than expected. see less
