I went back to read the reviews today once I opened it, because I remember folks saying items were missing. The hanger was in there and yes, that scrap cardboard is what goes on the bottom for structure! The hole for the hanger is very small, it's behind the seam at the very top, and it DOES rotate--just turn it, it won't break. Large capacity--several dozen diapers can fit in this stacker. Overall, I'm very pleased! see less

I received this as a shower gift and unlike a few other reviewers, mine DID come with a cardboard bottom and hanger and I am extremely pleased with how this diaper stacker looks. It completes our baby's tiddliwinks safari friends nursery perfectly, and I think it's also a very reasonably priced item! see less

Like the other pieces in this collection, the material is durable, the colors are bight and vibrant and the pattern is so pretty! It is large and holds lots of diapers. I would strongly recommend this whole line for decoratign your little girls room! I might go ahead and buy the toddler bedding too, just in case they stop making it by the time my baby gets old enough, love it! see less
