My daughters already own this set and I was excited to see Gloom Beach advertised only to be disappointed by learning it wasn't the true Gloom Beach set. Little Dead Riding Wolf is pretty cool. I wish they would have given her a little pet wolf to be part of this character. I have been looking daily online with no luck and found it on the shelf thanks to a co worker telling me Target had two. I thought for sure they would be gone until I got there the following morning. great to add to the collection of monster high. I realize this doll release was at an ealier date & is more from the original line. I think thats why it was a little harder to find. But find I did and for a very reasonable price. These are played with kids ages 4 thru 8 on an almost daily basis. In spite of their more delicate design I find these dolls hold up quite well. Also with their interchangeable limbs it makes it possible to retrofit them should there be loss or damage. I cant say that about most dolls. see less

She is 18 months and it is her first baby doll. She sleeps with her, feeds her, and cares for her in every way she can. She is very attached to her baby from the moment she got her. This doll is decent quality, has a soft body and the limbs and head are made of durable plastic. It is very easy to clean the plastic. I have already removed pen and crayon from her face. ha! I love the lalaloopsy dolls in general. They are cute and fun. I gave one to my 5 year old daughter for christmas and she loves her so much. I did notice that her hair does turn pink even when the doll just gets warm. Her outfits are very cute. I love that she can be a mermaid or just wear her swimming suit. I try to stay away from brat dolls and any dolls that resemble them and lalaloopsy dolls are the answer. Thank you for an awesome christmas. see less

Got this Lalaloopsy Mermaid for my granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Lala Mermaid's hair turns a beautiful pink when she goes in the tub, but back to purple when she dries off. The granddaughter wants to live in the tub with this beautiful mermaid. The head does get water in it and there is a small drain hole in the base of the head, near her neck. I thought I had drained/squirted all of the water from her head immediately, but picked her up a couple of days later, shook her head and still lots of water there. I wish her head was water-tight or easier to drain completely. I'm hoping she doesn't develop disgusting bacteria in her head after a few months. I would still recommend this doll, love the bathing suit and mermaid outfit. excellent quality and lots of good clean fun see less

I bought this on Black Friday when it was on sale at the store for [$] This is normally priced at [$] where I am at. So far I have no complaints about this set. The dress fits my 2 year old and she LOVES that she matches her babydoll. The only reason why I see this being for 3 and up is maybe because of the crown on her head is on loosely and the shoes come off, but unless your child is good with things like these just put them away for when she's older. This doll is made of good quality and the hair is perfect, she even has the brown piece of hair in the back just like in the movies! If you're worried about the hair being messy all the time, I just braid her hair in a pony tail and it's fine. You can use detangler and a hairbrush to get out and knots if any appear. I will say this doll has survived through the playground, bedtime, bathtime, and more. I'm EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. I'll probably end up buying the other sets for my little princess! see less

Got this doll/dress for my daughter's 4th birthday and she loves it. I had to braid the dolls hair but my daughter wanted to. The dress was a bit short and as much as she loves to dress up when we leave the house, this is one dress she is unable to wear outside of the home due to its length. My 8 year old is facinated by thses dolls. She hasnt even seen the movie or shows, she is just into fairies in general. Their wings are super cool, very fluttery, much better than any other type of fairy wings we've seen. They do stay on really well, you just have to oush them all the way in. I found this 4 pk of dolls quite entertaining, playing much longer then the usual play time. I love the idea the dolls accessories were all interchangeable with one another helping my daughters imagination to make up her own story. What is also nice is their size is comparable to many other dolls allowing the use of accessories from things she already had, a big plus for the mommy. My daughter plays "hard" when it comes to her toys, and yet these dolls showed no signs of being weak, another plus on my list. My only complaint, which became a little annoying was those arm covers. Once they come off they pose a challenge getting them back on over the hands, where the fingers are spaced, it catches the fabric and makes it hard to slide up, with all the dolls. Aside from that I would have to say this 4 pk Winx Good vs Evil set is a great play set, and I was quite pleased with it. The DVD was an added BONUS! 4 dolls for that price is a Great bargain. The OLDER model is definitely very hard to squeeze the hands and feet- Its so hard to do that we actually forgot it had that function and they still fought over it.
