The best made toy I have ever assembled and very easy to put together. All the tools work as advertised. Very safe but realistic especially the pieces of plastic wood that attaches together with velcro and then the child can use the hand saw or the circular saw to cut it in half and reuse over and over. The drill also is realistic as it makes a drill sound and drills out an insert that looks like a hole was made. Screw driver and wrenches and hammer can also be used to realistically attach nuts to bolts and unscrew them or hammer pegs.My 3 year old Grandson loves it. see less

This clock has suited our needs just great. Our 2.5 yr old was waking up earlier and earlier. He was crabby b/c he wasn't getting enough sleep and we were struggling to get everything done in time with him up so early. My favorite function is that the green light is fully programmable-both when the light turns on, "ready to wake", and when it eventually goes off. This was important in my opinion. My niece has A DIFFERENT ONE, but the "ready to wake" light turns off after only a half hour. So if she sleeps in longer than a half hour then she's missed it. with THIS ONE it will stay on 'til the time you programmed it to turn back off--for us it's several hours after we think he'l go to bed....you know, just in case we're lucky enough to have him sleep in several hours! Lastly, I should add that I love how its either batter-powered or can be plugged in. see less

Several reviews made mention of the cupcake tray getting caught, or even tipping over and spilling, inside the oven. We did a couple of trial runs before we turned the oven on and before we put any batter in the pans and as we struggled with getting the cupcake pan smoothly through the oven, I noticed that in the pictures they have the cupcake pan setting inside the other pan, thus making the pan bigger and less likely to get stuck/caught inside the oven. I'm hoping that resolves the "con" for good. The baked items are pretty tiny, but come on, it's an easy-bake oven! When you are dealing with a child's toy oven, you kind of have to expect that. The door to the refrigerator has a pretend ice maker on it and opens to show 2 shelves on the inside to place items. The oven door also opens to allow them to place things inside there as well. There are 2 little yellow bins that can be placed on the shelves. They are for Recycling and the Veggies. I love the concept that it teaches kids how to recycle. It then has a little sink with a faucet and 2 knobs for the water. Next to the sink is a stove with burners. One sounds like water boiling and the other sounds like a sizzling sound. I was so excited to give this to my son for Christmas. He loves Spiderman and I thought it would be a great indoor toy or hideout. We opened the box this morning and immediately realized the flashlight did not work. And yes we put batteries in. The backpack is really just a very cheaply made pouch. I was disappointed to see that the tent does not have a bottom, but I figured you get what you pay for and it would only be used indoors, so it wasn't that big of a deal. My son LOVED it when he got to take his nap in it. Shortly after that, my daughter accidentally tripped and ran into it. One of the things that holds the tent pole sections together snapped in half instantly, and I don't believe it can be fixed. I know I did not pay a lot for this item, but I would have expected it to hold up more than 6 hours. As it is, I basically have a child's sleeping bag I could have bought anywhere for a fraction of the price. Don't waste your money on this product. It's not worth it! see less

I bought this last year 2007 for my 3 and 2 year olds. It was great for the first couple of weeks when I played it with them. THough there really isn't much to it. No flash cards, or set activities. you are basically the teacher and have to create what will occur. made the mistake of letting them play with it by themselves. they destroyed it. Ripped everything out. Even the bell is broken. Only thing that survived is the pointer. They are now 4 and 3, they use the pointer as a bat or a wand. definitely not for young age group. More fun for parent than the child. Recommend that if you buy this, you are using it to supplement your other teaching tools (ie. books, flash cards, etc.) It would be better priced at $20.00 or less. Definitely not worth the [full price] I had to pay elsewhere. Love you Target, just would not buy this toy again. see less

We put her in the high chair with the toy version of the same tools I'm using, and she copies me. This kitchen is great quality, and absolutely adorable. It took my husband about 2 hrs to put together, and I don't see any indication that the doors are going to fall off. Wondering if they might have re-designed it since some of the previous reviews that commented about them. They're the same material as the kitchen itself, and the screws and hinges seem to be durable. I had been searching for a play kitchen for my 2 girls, 5 and 18 months, for over 6 months. After hearing great things about this brand from a friend, I then spotted this one on Target.com, only to find out that it was sold out. Targets price was much better than what was offered on [...]. After checking weekly for it to be back in stock, I ordered it and received it within a week. It is durable, adorable, and girls of both ages love it. Only catch is it took 3 to 4 hours to assemble. Not difficult, just time consuming. However, that is expected for items like this and there are so many great cabinets, knobs, switches. We also enjoyed assembling it with our 5 year old so she could see how it would eventually come together and feel a part of it. A little pricey, but more reasonable than most out there. Plus, I used my Target card to save 5 percent and got free delivery. We LOVE this kitchen. see less

He enjoys being able to carry around his own ATM card in his wallet and watching his money grow with every deposit. We purchased it from a children's learning store in our area, it's great that Target is promoting this great toy. The only negative thing about the bank is when you have too many coins the ATM door will actually fall off from the weight of them. We purchased this tent for a trip to Jamaica with our 7-month-old baby. It worked great. We set it up on the beach, and he played and slept in it. The breeze blew right through it, keeping him nice and cool. The tent is tall enough to hang a mobile from, if you sew a loop on the inside ceiling, (pretty easy to do). It folds up so small that it doesn't take up much room in a suitcase. I don't know what we would have done without it. see less

My LO loves this toy, She likes to push the buttons and make it play different sounds and such. It helped her learn cause and effect that if she pushed the buttons it would lite up and play sounds. It is very durrible as well. She bangs on the keys and drools on it and it is still working like new! see less

This is adorable! My daughter is almost 8 months old and she is thrilled to press the buttons, spin the mouse, open and close the lid. It's truly a toy that will grow with her as it teaches her colors, shapes, numbers, letters... The volume is good, not too loud, but definitely clear and easy to understand, even the Spanish. I pull it out when I am going to be on my laptop and we "work" together. I can tell she likes doing what mommy is doing. My only disappointment is that the numbers and letters are not very clear on the little screen. Perhaps if the dots had been smaller and there had been more of them to create clearer lines, but she is still hearing the numbers and seeing them on the buttons so it's not a complete visual loss. I will also say it is a terrific size and weight. She can pick it up easily and will be able to carry it around, using the handle, once she starts walking. Definitely worth the investment. see less
