Make sure to read the instructions and never use higher then medium heat and I usually have to turn heat down lower. Cooks from bottom and up the sides, so it seems food cooks so much faster. I've made casseroles, baked beans, soups, chili and wouldn't be surprised if I could bake a cake to perfection. They clean up instantly, no scraping or scubbng.
