Our household has a total of 5 Sonicare toothbrushes now with the addition of this one. The bright pink color is a perfect way for my daughter to differentiate her unit from all of the others. She was sharing a Healthy White system with my son. He has since taken his until to college and she was sharing my unit. Now that she has her own unit, she reports that she gets the same Sonicare experience from this unit, the four pulses that prompt you to move from one zone of the mouth to the next. Since we have adopted Sonicares, the need for dental work has dropped and we have one very impressed Dental Hygienist! see less

I have an older model and always got the older head replacements. this was the first time for these new ones and i really like them, the head is a bit smaller and more contoured and i think that is a plus. its also angled which makes it easier to use. so i am glad i went wit these and wish i would have sooner. see less

The oral B pro white replacement brush is a great addition to all the attachments for in between brushing. It adds the polish feel after visiting the dental hygienist. I like using it a couple of times a week with the oral B polishing speed on the electric toothbrush. Keeps my smile looking great even after 50 years of age. see less

It is better for anyone to try different kind of toothbrushes with an Oral-B's electric toothbrush device. It is really worth it. I wish that I could use this yellow rubber without the brush because I have some brown tars on my teeth's edge of gum, and I do not want the brush to touch my gum. I never smoke, but I have a medicine for my heart condition that builds up the tars on my teeth. Oh boy. Maybe, it is too early for me to tell you because I have been using it for two days. It does clean up some tars on the surface, not near the gum. It is pricey in some stores especially CVS. I think that I give four stars. see less

As I got older, my teeth yellowed, and the dental hygienist started telling me that I needed to brush my teeth better, especially around the gums. I was told on at least two visits that the plaque was especially bad along my gum line. I decided that I needed to try a better toothbrush. I tried a couple of cheap disposable electric spinning toothbrushes, without really noticing a difference in the appearance and feel of my teeth. I liked the toothbrush however, when I am brushing my teeth I do notice that it is more difficult to keep your lips closed tightly around the brush keeping the saliva and spit in your mouth. I have had this toothbrush for seven years and it still works great. The cost for the replacement heads is too high and that is my biggest complaint. After reading the reviews posted I can't say I have had any of the negative problems that I are listed. Occasionally I will go shopping looking to buy a new and better toothbrush but I like the dual head it gets my teeth very clean and I haven't seen any that offer it. I've been waiting for the battery to go dead after having it for so many years but it is still as strong as the day I bought it. see less

I purchased Oral B Vitality (charger included) tooth brush with dual brushes. I really like this product with the dual head brush. My dentist could see a difference in my brushing since purchasing this product. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find brush refills. I searched multiple retail stores and pharmacies before searching the internet. The only place I found them is on the Target website.I am not sure if this is a discontinued item or not. I am not sure if I would have purchased this item knowing what I know now about the brush refills. This is my only disappointment with this product. My husband and I have been brushing with Sonicare for over 10 years, so I was very excited to see one for children! We bought three (we have a 6-year-old, a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old). The small head is perfect to get their back teeth. The kids LOVE the music that plays every 30 seconds to remind them to switch sections. I know they are getting a superior clean (as we have know the brand well). We used to buy each kid an electric toothbrush every couple months (or when the batteries died). And we calculated that over the years we've spend several hundreds of dollars on a lesser quality brush. Sonicare is worth the money. And these handles last for several years (you'll need to change the brush out). Teeth time isn't a challenge any longer. All three children are able to brush their own teeth with ease (even the 3-year-old!). Can't wait for their next dental check-up! see less

I've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for almost 9 years and they get your whole mouth so much cleaner than any other toothbrush available I could never fathom switching. After watching my father loose all his teeth to severe periodontal disease, I know I will NEVER be without one. I've tried many other power, battery operated and manual brushes and none have even come close. This is my 3rd Sonicare and is my favorite by far. I love all the features it has. The Sensative mode is great for quick cleanings after a sticky or sugary snack and for people with sensative teeth/gums or weaker enamel. The massage mode is great for stimulating gum circulation and the cleaning mode has cleaned and whitened my teeth even more than my old sonicare. There is a variety of brusheads available so you can customize the clean that best works for you. The battery life is great and it comes with a carrying bag so it goes where you do. I passed on the more expensive model with the UV sanitizer after reading many reviews on this and other websites that it stopped working after a short time. I had to clean my old Sonicare with bleach regularly so it didn't get moldy under the brushead and now it's like second nature. I guarantee bleach will sanitize way better and is cheaper than replacing the UV bulbs. The only bad thing I can say is the brusheads are pricey, although they are cheaper for this one than they were for my older model. You might be on the fence about whether it's worth it to spend the $$$. If you like your teeth and want to keep them for as long as possible, the answer is absolutely YES. It's an investment in your overall health as well though because bad oral hygiene has been proven to contribute to not only dental but many other medical problems especially as people age. Dental work isn't cheap either and it will save you enough to pay for itself many times over. I know for a fact mine have. see less

This is my 3rd Sonicare, I've been using them for 8 years, and is by far the best one yet. I will never be without one. I love the features this model has, like gum massage and sensative mode is great for a quick cleaning after a sugary snack or for people who have sensative gums/teeth or weaker enamel. The battery life is great and it comes with a nice little bag so it travels easy. It gets your whole mouth so much cleaner than a manual toothbrush, once you see and feel the difference for yourself, I don't believe you will ever go back. My teeth and gums were in bad shape. I started usisng a sonicare toothbrush every day, about six years ago, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. My gum problems have also cleared up. I recently had to replace my original sonicare toothbrush and I purchased the flexcare model and it is even better than my first one! I love that the brushhead no longer builds up "gunk" where it attaches, and the additional "short routein" and "gum massage" settings have added greatly to my brushing flexability and enjoyment. I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for years and decided to try the Easy Clean Sensitive Sonicare. I was not sure how sonicare would make a toothbrush for sensitive teeth, but I have been happily surprised. It cleans as well as the regular Sonicare and is great for sensitive teeth. One of my favorite features of sonicare toothbrushes is the built in timer. I waited a couple of months to review the product to make sure it held up well and I have been pleased. Quiet and does not even feel as though you are brushing, it is so gentle. It just kind of hums. 3. Very gentle, yet thorough clean and plaque removal. 4. Only takes 2 minutes. 5. Cordless and holds charge for 2 weeks. 6. To clean, just run brush under lukewarm water. Do not need to remove the head. 7. Sleek design feels good in my hand and is long enough to reach far back in my mouth. After brushing with the Sonic Easy Sensitive, my teeth feel and look as though I just had a cleaning at the dentist. After using this toothbrush, I now know the true meaning of good dental hygiene. This was my first rechargable toothbrush and I have to say that I am really impressed. The toothbrush gives my mouth and teeth the same feeling I get after visiting the dentist. The size of the brush head allows for even the smallest nooks and cranny's between your teeth to get clean. I like that the toothbrush has a feature that increases the power of the toothbrush over a number of uses. It is very powerful and does take a little getting use to for those that are accustomed to using manual toothbrushes. My teeth are not overly sensitve but the amount of power that this toothbrush has may be too much for those who have really sensitive teeth. The heads of the toothbrush are easy to remove and the brush istelf says relatively clean under the brush head but is also easy to clean. I will probably never go back to a manual toothbrush after using the Sonicare EasyClean Sensitive Toothbrush unless I have too. see less

I recently threw away my overused $100++ toothbrush. I didnt want to spend that kind of money again, so I thought i'd give this Oral B one a try. For 30.00, it does everything you need. Its not as powerful as a $100.00 one, and doesnt have multiple settings for speed or anything, but it definitely works better than a manual toothbrush. its easy to clean, easy to use, easy to charge, etc. I love that it doesnt take up much counter space at all. The base (charger) is very small. Overall I'm very happy I went this route instead of wasting money on an expensive one with this Oral B one is just as good. see less

Wow! This brush is terrific! It takes much less time to achieve the same results as it did with a normal battery-operated toothbrush, and my teeth are MUCH cleaner! They feel as clean as after a dental cleaning. I was hesitant to invest in a brush that cost more but the investment is WELL worth it! I bought a similar model and was very disappointed with it. I was able to return it at the store with no problems and even got my shipping reversed. So I figured I'll try this one. The UV light really seemed interesting. The shipping was a lil slow. When I got the product I could see that this model was built much better. I charged it for 24 hours and tried it out. I was shocked on how powerful this brush really is. There are three settings. High Low and massage. When I first started using the brush I kept it on low, however, I am able to use the high function now. It divides up brushing time in 4 sections, with a slight pause. I really like this, that way you know that every part of your mouth is getting a good cleaning. Since the bathroom is the dirtiest places in a house, I love the fact that I could put the brush head in a container and also use the UV light to clean it. Even if the light doesn't "truly" clean, it's a good peace of mind. Get this product! see less

I love this toothbrush. This is such a great toothbrush. I have "crowded" teeth and this is the first toothbrush that has been able to clean my teeth completley. I went to the dentist in the spring and was told that I was brushing to hard, my gums were starting to recede. This toothbrush has a sensitive and gum option. So, my mouth gets completley clean without doing any damage to it. Some people say "you get what you pay for." In this case I got way more than I paid for it. Oh, I forgot to mention that the battery stays charged longer than any toothbrush I have owned. I have never had en electric toothbrush before so I wasn't sure what to expect but this went way above and beyond my expectations of this little cleaning machine. The first time I used it I couldn't beleive how good my mouth felt. I thought I had just come from the dentist. The toothbrush cleans every inch of your teeth has a setting for your gums too so your whole mouth gets the full treatment. There are different settings for different uses which is also great. I highly recommend this toothbrush for those that want the best. My favorite features are the whitener and polisher. This was my 2nd Sonicare toothbrush system, a step or two more advanced than the 1st one, but both do an excellent job! My teeth really look fantastic, especially considering that I smoke (regularly) and drink coffee (several lg.cups daily) of the Starbucks: Espresso, Dark Italian or their French Roast Coffee. Both smoking and drinking coffee leave nastey stains on your teeth. I had braces when I was young so as an adult I try to keep my mouth looking clean and white, so I make it worth while to have had braces. (What good are nice, straight teeth if they are yellowed or browned? UGH!) The Sonicare system really gives your mouth a thorough brushing in half the time I took with my regular toothbrush...plus, with the reg. toothbrush I often pressed to hard (trying to remove all the stains and do a good job...)and wore my gums down on the bottom. With the Sonicare, you needent press hard, in fact, they recommend just a light circular type movements and to also brush your gums as well. It IS the BEST Electric/rechargeable, Toothbrush System on the Market for the money. Depending upon your "needs" or "wants" there are several different models. I have this one, just with one speed, that will notify you when you've finshed that quadrant of your mouth, and it's time to move on to the next. After 2 mins. it will shut off. I often will repeat it an extra time in the morning, to make sure my teeth look their best. My Dentists also noticed a difference when I converted to the Sonicare System, as well as my friends! Definately a good investment IF you care about your teeth OR what you look like. P.S. I NEVER had an problems with water or MOLD collecting in my toothbrushes and I've been using the Sonicare Systems for over 10 yrs. now. (What did those other reviewers do with it, take it into the bathtub with them or go scuba diving with it? I have been trying this toothbrush for about two weeks now and I was very impressed. The first time I used it I could tell it was going to be a good product. My teeth felt just as clean as if I had them professionally cleaned. I do like the different speeds and I think the message works great for bringing circulation to the gum area. I think the timer going off is also a good reminder to move from area to area. I feel that whomever came up with this idea is pretty smart, must have came from a dentist. I've been using the Philips- Sonicare toothbrush for about 2 1/2 weeks now. The first time I used it I could tell right away that there was a huge differences between it and my old manual toothbrush. My teeth feel super clean it's like a party going on in my mouth. This is my first electric toothbrush and it's great. I really don't see myself going back manual toothbrush ever again. I like all the different brushing types and the Gum Care mode is wonderful and the head sanitizer feature it the boom. The only thing that I would change would be to put an auto shut off when the brush leaves your mouth. I expected it to shut off and when I was done brushing my teeth I pulled the toothbrush out of my mouth and it slung toothpaste on my mirror. No biggie . It was just the 1st time I had used an electric toothrush. see less

This brush is great. It might be more expensive because of certain "bells and whistles" but an extra 20 - 30 bucks over the life of this brush is well worth it. Our last brush from Oral B lasted us four years and the only reason we got a new one is because we moved from Europe to the US and the power adapter didn't allow it to charge properly, otherwise it probably would've lasted a couple more years ( in fact we're sending it back to family over there to use). My teeth feel great after using this brush as well, way cleaner than using a regular brush. If you want to make an investment in your teeth than get this brush. see less

Lately I have had terrible sensitive teeth and gum issues and have decided, after hours of net research, that my decision to brush forcefully with less than quality toothbrushes may be at fault. The toothbrush of choice (again after hours of net research) was the Oral-B ProfessionalCare SmartSeries 4000 chosen due to its reported comfort on swollen and sensitive teeth and gums. So far (1 month) the reviews have held true and my Dentin Hypersensitivity that was most likely caused by the removal of gum tissue from years of over brushing has begun to reverse itself. see less

We were so happy to find an electric toothbrush that came two to the package for my husband and myself. Its almost like getting two for the price of one. It is very easy to use and we love that it actually pulses when we should move on to the next quadrant. We both feel that our teeth seem cleaner and fresher since using these toothbrushes. I have been purchasing these for a few years. For the past year, I have been using a manual toothbrush, but decided to use my Sonicare again. I picked these up having good luck w/them in the past. These are not the same as what I used to purchase a few years ago. There is virtually NO movement of the bristles. Once you touch the brush to your teeth or gums, the movement basically stops, so it's basically the same as a manual brush. Tried them all and all are worthless! If I had read these reviews before, I certainly would not have purchasing these. However, I find that they work fine in our Sonic toothbrush. The cleaning motion of these brushes is not quite as good as with those from Sonic. However, the difference does not seem very pronounced. Re comments by other reviewers - We have had no problems with the head loosening. They do not seem to make any significant amount of noise over and above the noise made by the Sonic brushes. I'm wondering if the quality has dropped. I bought ours in October 2011 in the local Target and am about to purchase replacements. If the ones I buy shortly are like what is described in other reviews, I'll return them and report here. see less

Up until this point I always trusted and liked most of the Up & Up products, but this one is an absolute waste of money. The purpose of a sonicare is that it vibrates to thoroughly clean your teeth. I really thought that this was a "steal" when I began using it. Now, randomly it will not turn on. These replacement brushheads don't fit very well on an oral-b professional care. They are too tight and you have to really press them on. They also don't really fit in the storage base. They do work, so if you want to save on the manufacturer replacements, these will do the trick. see less

These replacement heads stop spinning after some use when tiny amounts of pressure applied to them. My wife and I had been on the last heads in the pack when we discovered both had this flaw. We had been noticing a grit on our teeth for months we had never felt before while using this product. Upon casual inspection the heads appeared to be spinning as they out to. However, upon closer inspection, with the very slightest amount of resistance placed on the heads by a finger, they would completely stop spinning. So we've not be effectively brushing our teeth for months! Awful! I cannot tell you how frustrating this is. There was one fresh head left in the pack. It worked out of the pack, but with some use it too stopped spinning. One might not catch it if they weren't looking for it. Hopefully others will steer well clear of this product and avoid the physical harm it may have caused us. This product needs to be recalled! Target has been notified. see less

I've had this 2 weeks. 1. It has plenty of power even when I press down pretty hard. Maybe some other reviewers didn't charge it fully or were expecting too much power or have a defective item. Keep it on the charging stand. 2. Don't use the "floss effect" brush heads. They have sharp protruding end bristles that cut into your gum tissue. Weird. You can use other brushes. The Oral B dual clean are very good. 3. Wipe a little vaseline around the white plastic stump where the brush attaches to the handle. This will help getting the brush head on and off. Be sure to clean this area and apply new vaseline each use. see less

I bought this toothbrush about three years ago as the second electric brush I had ever owned. It replaced a more expensive brand-name brush that I happened to have heads left over for. I wanted a cheaper one that would use the heads I already had opened and this one worked for that. There seem to be two different kinds of these brushes- one with a spinning head and one with a vibrating head. The spinning heads are more expensive and the replacements are more expensive too so I got the cheaper one. It has worked very well until just recently. It lasted longer even than the more expensive one I had owned before. I like it just fine and plan to replace it with the same type. I especially like having an automatic 2-minute timer. I guess my experience with this product has been better than the other reviewers. see less

I thought the head spun? I tested it, it doesn't. It just vibrates, and when it does, the head does rotate little bit. It seems to be working OK, and way it vibrates, I assume it is better than brushing manually. Having said that, I haven't noticed my teeth being extra clean, but that's hardly scientific. Electric charger's been working fine, and the product seem reliable for the price. I would recommend getting it on sale though. see less

As the previous comment said, it does not work. I let it charge for a full day, says to charge for at least 16 hours, and it still doesn't work. You have to tap the head to make it move, and then it barely is able to move. Luckily I was able to return this with no problem. see less
