I just received these in the mail after ordering them. I don't EVER order shoes online unless I've tried them on before. Well when I tried them on they look kinda big!! I wear a ten but ordered them in an 11 just cause since I had my baby I wear an 11 in heels now. So when I put them on they were VERY comfortable, kinda big.. Not sure if a 10 would be as comfy but an 11 looks very big on my feet. Overall they're very nice and the color is great! Ordered them in brown. Might return them for a 10. see less

I LOVE these boots. I got them about 4 months ago and I get so many compliments on them. They look great with shorts more so than jeans because of their height but also work with pants nonetheless. I think they're EXTREMELY comfortable, personally. But I like a bit of heel. About a month ago, one of the tassels came undone but luckily I was sitting when it happened to my friend just retied it for the meantime. My suggestion is to superglue the tassels around the top. You can't see it and it guarantees they stay in place. It's nothing that can't be fixed. 10/10 for these shoes, I LOVE them and got them in the brown. Makes me feel like a cowgirl. see less

These are the perfect boots, and they have a cute round toe that kind of make your feet look smaller. I bought the grey and they are super cute with the xhilaration black mini skirt, leggings, legwarmers, a cardigan, tshirt and scarf. SO easy to make cute outfits with these boots. the length is a bit shorter than i thought but if you wear legwarmers with them -i had capri leggings- they are absolutely perfect Cx And I bought a size 9 and they didn't look bad in big sizes, I like them alot. I love these boots. They are very comfortable and can be worn with everything! I have had them for about a month and I have no complaints. They are very durable too, I wear them walking to school in the snow. I have fairly large calves and I have a hard time finding boots that are flattering to my foot. I purchased these boots online in Mushroom size 8. I probably could have done a 7 1/2 but the 8 is fine. These boots are very comfortable. Cushion support in every step. The color mushroom is just as seen online in my opinion. They do not look cheap, not even the wood like part in the heal. The shaft does not hug your leg so if you have larger legs ie. ankle to calf, these should fit fine. Best with skinny jeans but works with boot cut too. see less

I adore these boots, so comfy, great for late fall, winter and early spring. In fact I love them so much I just got done ordering two more pairs. I got another grey - to save for next fall, and then I got the mushroom...I just wondered if there was any difference of colors between that and the grey. So now I will have 3 pairs. That's how much I adore them. The grey which is NOT TRUE TO COLOR much more of a tan but I grew to enjoy them. Every single time I wear them I get complements...and they just feel good on. The lug type soles are great for snow and ice. The color is a bit off, the material is not the nicest, its a little stiff at first but after a day or two they relax and look lived in....cool but not grungy.They actually get better looking with wear. I loved these boots so much that I ordered the black ones too. The quality is fantanstic for the price. I would have paid more for them because the quality is so good, and the boots are very cute. In the past I have had trouble finding boots that fit me since most boots run a little big, so I ordered a half size smaller than my regular size and they fit perfect! They seem a little stiff at first, but quickly soften up and are very comfortable even after being in them all day. I have not had these boots very long so I do not know how the sole will hold up. I have read other reviews that say the sole wears down pretty quickly, but for the price I think paying to repair the sole is worth while. These boots are a great buy for the price, Target really hit a home run with these. see less

I've spent up to [$] on a pair of boots in the past but one day in a higher end store I saw a woman wearing these boots. They were Exactly what i'd been wasting my money looking for. When she told me she bought them from Target online went straight home and ordered a pair. I'll admit, I was skeptical but when they arrived and I put them on I fell in love with them! They fit perfect, I've noticed alot of the reviews on different boots have the same complaint. The calf wasn't wide enough but I can wear a pair of knee high socks under my Skinny jeans" and the boots fit & look amazing. There is plenty of "calf room" and they look better than the high end boots I own and I've had several compliments on them. I ordered the 7 and 7.5 - I usually wear a 7.5 in everything - and I'm glad I did, although the 7.5 was a good fit in my right foot the left boot seemed to be made way too snug in the width so the pair didn't match in fit, the 7 however fit better and certainly didn't feel like a 7, was comfortable and fit well. I could've done either size if the fit was equal in both shoes marked 7.5 but regardless I ended up keeping the 7. Great quality leather and boot for the price! see less

I got these boots as a gift, they fit perfect & hold true to size. They are surprisingly warm and very comfortable. However, after only maybe 6 times of wearing, 3 buttons on one of the boots fell off. I wasn't rough housing or running with them on, just went grocery shopping. These boots are the CUTEST boots I've ever seen! They're soft and supple and feel so good on my foot. I have skinny ankles and usually boots look ridiculously big around them, but these are a PERFECT fit! Unfortunately, the heel is too skinny and I can't keep my balance. The tread is also slippery. Someone who's more accustomed to walking in skinny heels would love these, I'm sure. So sad I have to return them! But they're so pretty! I bought these last winter and they are just as great as they were newly purchased. I just got a new pair in a different color. I also do 2-3 coats of waterproof spray & Im good to go all winter. Im in CA so I use these for the rain & cold. Never a problem! They keep me warm n toasty for sure. I love the thick soles too! The tops are a little tight, but I think they stretch out after a few wears, I can fit my sweats, leggings & jeans inside the boot tops & I have bigger than avg. calves. Def. a great boot for the price as well, no regrets here. & true to size. Im a 7.5-8 & i picked the 8 and have a lil extra toe room which I like for my thicker sox, altho I just wear my ankle sox to keep from overheating to quick. & these are very cute instead of the flat bottom boots. see less

They are a little tight when you first get them but stretch out quite a bit, so if you are between sizes I would go down to the smaller size. In the 6 weeks since I bought them, I've worn them at least 3 times a week. I bought these in brown and black. The black ones are perfect, but these, for some weird reason, rub my ankle really bad. I think there's a difference in the leather, and I'm hoping that they will soften up as they break in. They look amazing, and fit well, once I can get my high arch past the harness. The first time I put them on, I used a thin plastic bag to help get my foot in. After the first time I haven't had a problem. There is a little slippage, but in this style of boot, there's supposed to be. I like these boots, and think they're a decent, lower cost, alternative to Frye. If only these were as great as the black ones, out of the box, I'd be thrilled. see less

The top button itsn't black as indicated in the picture, it's red. But I still liked it. And the boot part itself has more of a brownish tint to it while the ankle part is more of a true gray color. Great! I bought the Kainda Heeled boot in gray last year at Target, and was very excited to see several other colors available this fall online. Very comfortable,not difficult to walk in and the heel is not very tall. I would recommend wearing these boots with socks. I know that sounds strange, but I wore them with just tights one night and my feet were sore. Next time I wore socks over my tights and these boots were much more comfortable. I also get compliments on it all the time and people cannot believe they're from Target. Women think these boots are name brand boots found at a department store or DSW. see less

I just got these boots in brown. The suede is nice and soft and not too thin. I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered an 8 (glad I did this). I have normal to small calves and they are large in this area but with jeans tucked in its not too bad. I was wanting boots for a long time. I was happy when I found these because they have enough width for my large 14" calf. They are pretty comfy for walking around in. I would say the only drawback is that the sueded material picks up fuzzies and grass cuttings and other stuff on the ground. It just needs to be brushed off with a lint brush. I absolutely love these boots! They are extremely comfortable and have good arch support for flat boots. They look great with denim, but I also wear them to work. They can be casual or dressy depending on the look you're going for. Very versatile! One thing worth mention, however, is that the color shown on the Target website is different from the boots I received. The Brown ones shown look more chestnut colored, and the ones I received are a few shades darker. I love them nonetheless! see less

Just got these, the Camel color is much better in person than online, its a little darker, texture is great, buckles are awesome, and they are comfortable. I have to wear really comfortable shoes, I refuse to put my feet in pain, so these were a nice surprise, especially at such a great price. I was very pleased when I received these boots in the mail. I took a chance and ordered online and was so happy when they fit perfect. The square toe is super comfortable.They are true to size and really cute over leggings or skinny jeans. The buckles are nice too.... not shiny but dark. I absolutely LOVE these boots! I bought them in October of 2012 and they have not let me down! However, I do not wear them when it is raining or snowing as I'm a little terrified of what may happen to them given they are suede. You can not see it on the outside of the boot and the picture shown makes them appear flat, but they do have a slight 1/4 inch heel on the inside which I personally think makes them more comfortable because your foot has a bit of a lift and is not completely flat. They may not be ideal for wider calves above 16.5 inches as there is not much expansion room. They are true to size and I actually have to wear thinner socks with them or they would be way too tight. They are also true to color and go with pretty much everything! I get compliments on them all the time! see less

1. Order your correct size. I wear a 7 1/2 and listened to a previous review and ordered a 7, needless to say that they do not fit. 2. It says mid-calf, for people with big calves, don't buy these boots, they are like booties when I put them on. I will be returning these boots. I also think that they should be categorized under full calf and not mid. see less

I LOVE these boots, and I get so many compliments on them. I am going on 6 months of wearing them, and it's literally almost every other day if not more. They were exactly what I was looking for and am still so happy with my purchase! I love how the heel is short, as I am now 4 months pregnant and heels tend to hurt my back. They are easy to get on and off, comfortable, and somewhat waterproof, which is great because I live in the Northwest. They look excellent with jeans, leggings, or dresses. GREAT FIND.
