These are kinda expensive, but absolutely precious. I just love them! Each set has two bunnies and a total of four blocks. Each bunny fits in the palm of your hand and has a silky lining in their ears and soft fuzzy feel to the rest of them. With cute eye and nose and tail details. Precious!The blocks can be put in the freezer or fridge and placed on sore spots to make the ouch go away!If they were cheaper instead of being expensive i'd have bought more than one set, they're just so cute! I've used TheraBeads Moist Heat packs for years, they provide just the right amount of heat and relieve muscle spasms or just an achy back. Hints: The instructions say 30 Seconds in the microwave, I find 3 Minutes is more like it at 1000 watts. Also, to prolong the life of your TheraBeads, use the cover provided after you take out of the microwave. If you don't, the pad will get very dirty on the outside. After searching the internet for hours, Target had the BEST price. see less

I have MS, and with it comes pretty extreme peripheral neuropathy, as WELL as severe sciatica that is chronic. My job requires that I sit for 8 to 9 hours at a time as well. So it has become necessary for me to ALWAYS have ice packs under both of my legs, or I am in agony. I've tried all the drugs you can think of and ICE is by far the best thing in the WORLD to get rid of, or distract from, the most severe pain. THESE ice packs are the best ever. I've tried them ALL. The kind with the blue gel in a see through bag are all flimsy and fall apart after no time at all. I even got some REALLY EXPENSIVE ones, for free, gratefully, from one of the companies that does Cooling Vests for MS patients, they were great! For a couple of weeks. Then THEY started to ooze also. I have about 4 sets of these so far, and have only had a COUPLE of very minor tears that were easily sealed up with some duct tape! They freeze fast, are the perfect size, SUPER durable, very much worth the price! see less

I thought from descriptions and reviews this would be perfect to use on my lower leg, ankle and foot. Standard heating pads have been awkward and can't get into the right places. However, these packs 1) barely heated, despite carefully following instructions and 2) were too heavy to be supported on my leg (even when I was sitting) with the single strap, which also, being in the middle didn't secure the top and bottom well against gravity -- it sort of folded. see less

I just purchase this 2dy......i injured my knee pretty badly jogging, saw my dr was told 2 rice- rest, ice, compress, elevate, and the thermiPad did just that!! its really cool bc it can do 2things hot or cold. I wish i had this ages ago! u can use this as a first aid kit, just keep it in ur freezer & its ready for burns or sprangs. see less

I love the idea of these, and they definitely keep my feet warm. The way that these work is that the bottom of each boot has a removable bag of pellets that you microwave, and then reinsert in the boot. They do a lovely job of keeping your feet nice and toasty for about 45 minutes to an hour. The pellets are scented with eucalyptus, clove, and cinnamon. It has a pleasant scent without being overwhelming. Because the design has the pellets at the bottom of the boot, these are not ideal for walking around the house. It can be done, but it just feels awkward. I think the name Bed Buddy implies where they are intended to be used. The only downside is that they are not made for smaller feet. I wear a six and a half and my feet slide right out of them if I try to walk or move around with them on. But as I said, I don't think these were designed for walking. I think these would fit a size eight and up much better. So keep that in mind if you have smaller feet. But for just lounging in bed or on the couch, these are worth having, especially for the price! see less

I have owned several of these for several years. I suffer from shoulder/upper back and neck pain. This item is great and has served me well. It keeps the pain from getting worse and also gives relief. [...] The warmth is also great for times when you are cold. Microwaving it makes it really convenient. I can sometimes heat it up all day long if I am having a bad day. I am purchasing several more, since mine have seen their last good day. [...] The moisture part helps it stay warm for longer. all in all, i like these better than herbal packs. They do get dirty if you don't use the cover. best investment i've made so far in keeing my pain at bay, and you can also freeze them...but I rarely do. I like the heat. see less

I have been using the same Therabead neck wraps for two years now. These wraps have given me hundreds of hours of heat comfort. They're great for sore muscles, but I mainly use them to relieve the chronic pain of serious cervical damage.They are quick to warm up in the microwave and comfortable to wear. For ultimate moist heat, the manufacturer recommends a cooling down period of a couple of hours between uses. Since I don't care if I get maximum moist heat, I reheat them several times in a two hour period, with never a problem. I have my old two for home and am buying a nice new one to take to the office! see less

It is spposed to stay on for 2 hours at the lower setting, but only lasts about 1. Havn't tried it with the higher setting. I like to adjustable belt and it is comfortable, but the lack of duration is a major negative. see less

I got this for my pregnant wife to help ease her back pain. She loves it! The instructions say to microwave for 1 - 2 minutes. [...............]. It maintains the heat for about 2 hours, gradually getting cooler.The only "negative" thing is that it smells like corn after you heat it up. It's not a bad smell, it's just a little weird. Overall, I would recommend it if you're looking for something to soothe body aches. see less

I love this ice pack. Ive had alot of problem finding an ice pack that is still soft after its frozen. i love the idea they came up with, using clay to freeze. it also comes with its own cover/strap so i can strap it to my ankle or knee and still be able to move around. i highly suggest this product! see less

As a distance runner, I have gotten more use out of this ice pack than I expected. For at least the last 5 years, I have used it regularly. Stays cold very long. After much hard use, it leaked, and I am compelled to buy another one. I have tried many other packs, this is my favorite. see less

I love this product. I got this product because it seemed interesting. Just wanted to try it. well needless to say I love it. I use it mostly for cold and it retains the cold very nicely. I have a gel pad to but it lasts maybe 15 minutes and it's warm in no time. Another downside with the gel is it moves around and there seems to be an empty spot where there is no gel. (moves around to much). With the Thermipaq not only does it last a long time (about an hour) but there is no empty area that I feel a small part of my body is missing out on cold or heat. With both I had in freezer for hours (all day) before using after a long day at work. Very impressed. My dad uses it to but for heat instead. He started using when he mentioned he needed a portable heat pad and he tried this and loves it to. I'm going to have to get a second one so one is always cold and my dad can use the other for heat only.When used right it works great and I love the fact that it comes with a little glove to put it in because without it's really to cold for me to put on my bear skin. I plan on getting a set of these for my friend who found it interesting and she has pain problems to. It was a great idea. I'm glad someone came up with it. see less
